Water line replacement from street into the basement of the home. Great experience all the way around. I submitted a web inquiry that was responded to timely and an bid/estimate followed shortly thereafter. The owner showed up as scheduled to complete bid/estimate. Strong back office support and good use of technology to automate email communication to schedule the work, e-sign quote, and provide technician movement updates. Work quality was timely and spot on. Permit and inspections were handled timely with City of Hillsboro. All Pro back office (Thank you Jade and Dawn) did a great job.

We have used All Pro twice now, both times to help us fix a couple different types of leaks. We had John Aker come over both times. We have had a very good experience with John - he is very knowledgeable, excellent and very professional and detailed with his work. We have also really liked the punctuality and excellent response time to service requests. The overall handling of the tasks and associated paperwork is very smooth. Will definitely be reaching out the All Pro and John for our future plumbing needs. Thank you!

After coming home to find water coming out of my garage walls, a friend referred All Pro Plumbing. I was extremely lucky to have them schedule on short notice. I called two other plumbing companies prior, but they didn't sound like they cared much, and charged about 20-30% more than All Pro!

I booked with All Pro and they weren't only professional, but had that "down to earth" demeanor I appreciated. I ended up calling them back to do some work while we had our kitchen renovated and use them for all my clients as well.

As a realtor, I need to be I refer quality contractors. Otherwise, it's really me that looks bad overall. All Pro has helped a number of my clients now and will be my "go to" company for life.

I ended up meeting the owners and team and have to say, they are downright as humble and real as people can get. Trust in this company, and they will not do you wrong.

I am giving All Pro Plumbing five stars because they were the only A+ rated company on BBB that
1. Returned my call. 2. Would service my area without excessive additional fees even though I was less than 15 miles from them. 3. The plumber Nick was fast, efficient, friendly, and fixed the broken pipe in my wall with minimal drywall work. 4. The military discount. 5. Emme was friendly over the phone and quick to help with any questions we had.
They were not the cheapest of the other companies I was able to contact ( I reached out to 14 different companies I was only able to speak with 3. Most did not return my call).
It is a rare day I give a company five stars because I believe everyone can improve, but it was difficult to give them lower based on how well we were taken care of. We could have went with less expensive companies, but I am pretty sure we would have gotten what we paid for. Worth the money! Great job All Pro Plumbing Services!

Appointment was made over the phone with a live person that spoke perfect English. 10 minutes before they arrived I received a text indicating they were just 10min away. Johnny arrived and got right to work. Evaluating the situation and reviewing the faucet we had to replaced. On the phone an estimate of 1hr was given to me with the rates. Johnny prepped the area to work. Kept his tools close by as he worked. Showed me the things I should keep and things I can dispose. 54min later (6min ahead of estimated time) he was finished. Charged my credit card the estimated rate and all were happy especially my wife

Yesterday afternoon I found that water was dripping onto the burner of my gas water heater (evidently from a crack in the tank). So I called All Pro ASAP and left a message.

First this morning, I got a call back. The price I was quoted was more than acceptable, so I said, "Come on down".

Nicholas was here less than 3 hours later. He is very professional and competent. (And a nice guy, too!)

The bottom line is, less than 24 hours after I left the message, I had a working water heater!

You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone who can top that.

We were on a tight time budget looking to get an assessment done on a home we're looking to purchase, and All Pro was the first company to get back to us out of the 20+ I'd messaged on a (holiday) Sunday evening. They could get out same-day, ended up fixing the problem same-day, and for $200 less than any other quote I'd been given by other companies who got back to me! John even included pictures of what he'd fixed, before and after, in the invoice for us. Definitely a company we want to keep in our back pocket, I feel incredibly lucky to have found them!

We recently contacted All Pro Plumbing to correct an existing hose bib installation and to add another hose bib to the side of the house where there was none. I thought we'd need to go through the sheetrock wall of either our laundry room or garage for sure. When they arrived for a free estimate I was given multiple options, plus a wonderful idea to tap into the existing waterline in the crawlspace below the laundry room. The "shouldn't be more than" time and materials bid was 20% less than others who hadn't even come out to the site to see what we wanted, and the "probably around" amount was 50% less than other bids. I realize that time and materials doesn't set a fixed price and if they were to run into problems it could be higher, but I felt real comfortable after talking to them in person about it.

The day of the job Marcus showed up on time, pleasant and ready to work. He was extremely thorough, conscientious and efficient. He finished the job quickly and without snags - - and at even less than the "probably around" amount.

If I could, I'd give All Pro Plumbing, and especially Marcus a 6 star rating! We'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Technicians are not honest. I was quoted 700 on the word of the tech that previously came to my house. After getting a second opinion it turned out that not only was the quoted work not necessary, but the work the technicians notes said that he had performed previously was never performed.

The owners response to my message further shows their dishonesty. They never issued me any kind of refund. We did have a conversation, and when I say we I mean me and the office lady. Apparently the owner only sees fit to communicate with me in this form. You have my address and phone number if you feel that this was a communication breakdown please reach out. Until then I will retain my opinion that both the owner and technicians at your business lack integrity.

Let's clear up a misunderstanding. When your first tech charged me he did not do any work he did not take and garbage away he came to my house and apparently sat in my bathroom and did nothing. When the leak became so bad, the city notified me that the leak light was on. I called your company and attempted to schedule a repair. Thinking since you had done work, you would know the issue. I was then quoted 700 based on the fact that the last tech had done work replacing a cartridge and if that didn't fix it you guys quoted 700 and told me you would have to tear into my wall. This seemed extreme to me, so I scheduled another company to come out. The new company had the leak fixed in half an hour. How you ask, by replacing the cartridge that your tech said was already replaced. The new plumber also told me that whoever told me it was replaced was a liar flat out no way around it. So a partial refund would mean you keep money for work you never did. Explain to me how that is right. Right now you have all my money and you did nothing, in short you are nothing more that a common thief. Fortunately, I have the financial security to not make it a big issue. I will simply attempt to let everyone that asks know about your lack of integrity and thievery.

Marus and Yovani came out to take care of our repair, they were clean, quick, and professional. Great guys and hard workers.

Marco came out to our house and did a repair on our sewage ejector. He's really polite and professional. We were worried that we might have to replace the whole unit, but instead Marco showed us how it could be fixed. He improved the pipe connection and left it better off than it was before we had the problem. Thank you All Pro from a first-time customer!

I have used All Pro Plumbing for my home projects and always had a great experience. The latest job was to install a new faucet in our ancient church's kitchen. Marcus did an absolutely great job. Absolutely, hands down, the place to go. They will do whatever it takes to get you the results you need. Spoke with the owner who I called, on a Saturday in a panic, after some poor DIY planning/decisions. Over the phone he not only gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the issues I created, but also the steps I had to take to rectify the problem without spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars on emergency plumber services. This wonderful business owner spent time on his day off to help me fix the problem I created. If I had all the money in the world I would work with this company every chance I got.

We gave All Pro a call for a small leak we saw in our ceiling and I have to say we were super happy and impressed with their service!! From the start, the dispatchers are happy and friendly… and the availability of technicians totally worked for our issue. Over the two days of the inspection and repair, I was ever so pleased with the thoroughness, professionalism, and congeniality of the technicians! And while both Jordan and Michael were exceptional technicians, Michael went above and beyond our expectations in delivering a solution to a slow/low pressured kitchen sink on top of a complicated re-piping project! I’m so thankful they came when we were in a bind and delivered a great experience. Would hire All Pro again. Thank you.

My project was a year and half in the making. Just a sink/faucet issue but I can't tell you how many plumbers and people I talked to were not helpful. I finally gave up. Partly due to wrist break but mostly because I thought futile. My beautiful shutters are what a big issue was. Jake got me through it and Emme was amazing in helping me get the direction. They don't make faucets low enough. It barely made it and I love it! However, Over time the drain plugs don't hold water if you full tubs the water doesn't stay. Not sure why. Also I rehired for 2 vanity sinks and this plumber took forever. First on measuring to see if sinks would work that I got and then when I could tell pretty quickly and called on a Friday to tell office as they were coming Monday. Then he got ones that fit but took forever. He says there was a blocked area of Home Depot. He started with my upstairs bathroom and had to fix the hot and cold water lines. Was going to leave a valve cover off as it didn't fit. Had one on truck that didn't match bit could have made both same plus why would he even think to leave it open? Even if in cabinet. None of the pipes were replaced after asking for that. He took 20 minutes just to write up an invoice. I.got overcharged for unnecessary delays. I needed to leave for work and he was texting still in.driveway. He.couldnt give me a time estimate. It was nerve wracking. They weren't complicated for.a plumber...I feel I was 150 to 200 overcharged for labor due in part to his lack of experience or efficiency sorry but it was not as good as last experience
