I had multiple faucet installations and repairs.
Ric did a fantastic job. He fixed all of the issues I had with the old faucets snd my very cramped under sink areas. I have an intrusive vent stack. Because of Rics tidy install my sink pulldown sprayer finally is usable. He cleaned up thoroughly and was great to work with. Thank You!

Tucker was great. He methodically went through the entire house to replace old galvanized pipes and it is complicated because it has hot water heat too ....that we didn't replace. Lots of pipes ....everywhere. Got a call saying that Tucker was coming within the hour (the 7 o'clock hour). ugh.. but hey, very appreciated.

PS. he even tolerated my DOG!! lol

Phillip our technician, did an excellent job putting in our new waterheater. He was friendly and courteous. And explained things, and answered our questions Iwould request him again.

Chris was on time, did a good job of explaining options and both short term and long term considerations. He completed the work in a timely manner and resolved the drain issues I was having in my tub/showers.

Even though it took awhile for the technician to arrive since he was coming from another job, when he arrived the issue was resolved in less than an hour. We had a major drain plug, so we didn’t have any other way to resolve the problem.

The piping previously installed did not fit standard sizing for replacement. Our technician Jeremy Hicks was fantastic! He got our tub spout and piping replaced in less than an hour. Fast, friendly, efficient, upfront about costs, and very knowledgeable. A Would recommend!

Garrett, not Phil, was the one who did all the work. (The text I received said to rate Phil). He was courteous, professional and so helpful. What I thought would be a simple unclogging of two toilets turned into a little bit more - tree roots clogging everything! Garrett explained everything as he went along and was open and transparent about what he saw. I wanted everything to be fixed and I am confident it was!

This company is amazing . They were able to come out to my flooded home right away. Greg Bauer was amazing . He spent so much time trying to make sure everything was cleaned and fit properly . I asked for an appointment online web page. I got a call early in the morning to set up a time and discuss the problem. A technician was going to available that aftenoon between 1 and 4 pm. At about 1:30 I received a call that Mr. Alex Vargas would soon be arriving. When Alex arrived, we discussed the problem and he immediately set to work to solve the clogged kitchen drain. He ran the snake through the drain line and looked with the camera and found no blockage. Under the sink next to take the drain apart. That was not the problem either. Time to run the snake down the drain at this point. Between the drain opening and the main kitchen and laundry drain the clog was found and cleared. Alex put the drain back together again and we tested it. The sink drained quickly as it should. I was happy. Alex put away his tools and cleaned up the area. All done, I thanked Alex and happily paind the bill. Next time my son needs a plumer, he will call Mr. Rooter as will I.

Mr.Rooter Plumbing and their Rockstar of a plumber Alex Vargas made it incredibly easy and stress free to fix my block drain. From scheduling the no commitment free evaluation, the wonderfully kind lady on the phone was a pleasure to work with, to Alex walking me through the process to help get financing all the way to clearing the clog. Alex was so nice and a joy to work with, he got right to addressing the issue and had my drains the flowing freely in less than 30 minutes. The whole thing from when Alex got here to when he left was no more than an hour. He even identified the root of the problem and educated us to avoid it from happening again. He was amazing and did a wonderful job!!! If I ever need plumbing assistance in the future without a doubt I know who to call.

My hot water heater died on January 1st. I called Mr. Rooter about 3:00 a.m. on January 2nd, spoke with someone, telling her my problem. She dispatched me to a local office and Ric showed up at my door at 7:00 a.m. He replaced my water heater, replaced the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, replaced the master bathtub faucet, replaced the shower faucet in the main bathroom. He finished with all these repairs and replacements in about four hours. Incredible! Thank you for having a professional, competent and knowledgeable plumber on your staff.

I detected a leak in the bathroom of my 19th floor condo at 7pm. I called Mr. Rooter and spoke to a helpful human who, although no-one was available to come that evening, promised me an early morning contact. Sure enough, I got a call at 6.50 am and Greg arrived at 7.30 am. He quickly identified that the leak was from the bathroom sink faucet, not the toilet. He gave me a plan for replacing the faucet and scheduled his colleague to come early the next morning (Christmas Eve).
I did not follow through on his plan - very expensive - but was able to replace the faucet cartridge but retain the faucet.
He ws cheerful, efficient and clear in his explanation.
