I can’t praise or thank both teams from Summit enough for helping me through this very difficult experience. By the time I knew who to call, Summit was there for me. They responded immediately with a review and estimate for the mitigation process and supported me through the denial by my insurance company. Wade was supportive and thorough. He kept me in the loop and assigned Devin and his team to do the mitigation. Devin kept me advised step by step and his caring nature really got me through the destruction of my kitchen and dining room. It was hard but they all understood and offered compassion and respect - gave me peace of mind.

When it was time for restoration, Daniel was kind and dynamic and assured me he would be assigning one of his best, Jacob. He was right on -Jacob certainly was the best. Of course he answered all of my questions, but he also knew exactly what I’d want to know, what my concerns would be and worked with me like a partner. His team, especially Justin, who was out here the most, were kind, considerate and really put me at ease. I mean I had people in and out of my house for about 4 months (the holidays and our ice storm caused completion to be delayed a bit) and I was totally undisturbed and at ease. Jacob and Justin both went over and above any expectations I held in terms of quality of work, communication and kindness. Many people who knew I was working with “contractors” were in awe at how lucky I was to have found some good people. I guess it can be hit or miss, but I guarantee if you need help from a leak, or damage these guys are the ones to call. They also can do fun renovation projects.

They take pride in their work and they work to satisfy their customers. Everyone they had assisting were top notch contractors, as well as kind and understanding people. They were also always open and fair through the payment process. I never doubted my decision to contract them. It was a rather long and difficult experience and they nurtured me through it with real life kindness and compassion. I have an elderly dog who can’t see or hear very well and they always made sure Duck knew they were there by letting her sniff them and took care with her safety - so important to me. She really enjoyed them being here.

I truly cannot recommend them enough and I want to be sure that each one of them knows personally how much I appreciated them day by day.

Justin, Collin and Brandon have been amazing. I had no idea what was going to happen or how things were going to get taken care of. I was scared to talk with my insurance and mortgage company. They have handled everything. Summit has made it possible to go from a major leak/flood in my newly purchased home to a wonderfully renovated property. New floors in the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and bathroom downstairs. New cabinets, New counter tops. New sinks. Upstairs bedrooms all have new carpet. Upstairs bathroom has been completely redone. I couldn't have asked for better service from anyone.

I've had the pleasure of working with Summit, specifically Ryan, on a few projects. Communication is always clear with him when discussing the scope of work we will be preforming. I can tell that Ryan likes to build strong relationships with his clients, as well as his subcontractors doing the work. Ryan has a good eye for detail and strives for quality work on every project. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this company!

Last year I was staying with my parents in Florence as my father's health was rapidly declining. During that time a leak was discovered in their second bathroom, used mainly by guests. (Impeccable timing, right?). Their insurance recommended a very well-known restoration company. That company was able to come in and complete the mitigation process, leaving the area of the house that I was staying in with temporary subflooring, half-demoed walls, and a completely gutted bathroom. This meant me, my mother, my ill father and my two young children all sharing a bathroom for weeks. This also meant that no other family members or guests could come stay at the house with us. The insurance really drug their feet to approve the claim and even though we had told this other company we wanted to use them for restoration it was clear they weren't doing anything to help things along. There was a lot of back and forth and some confusion about costs and estimates. Months later, after my father had passed, and the insurance had finally approved a partial amount of the company's estimate they were told they could begin working. More back and forth and a couple more months passed and still nothing was getting done. After 7 months of this, with the house still in the same state as it was after mitigation I began helping my mother look for other options. We came across Summit Cleaning & Restoration and never looked back. Within a month they had straightened everything out with the insurance, discovered the other company's wrongdoings, and completed all of the work to my mother's exact preferences. This relieved a lot of stress from her already grief-stricken shoulders. Even though I live thousands of miles away they kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. So thankful we found them!

Ryan was amazing. His follow up was much appreciated. He went out of his way to find my flooring which was discontinued by Home Depot. Jeremy who did all the repairs was awesome! He didn’t rush and did a thorough, impeccable job. Summit provided great service which helped a lot with a stressful situation. Wonderful all around!

We are so thrilled to have worked with Summit Restoration!! We had a major leak in our bathroom in Nov 2024 and it had be nearly gutted as a result due to the water damage. Collin was our project manager for the restoration process and he was AMAZING!! So patient and kind when answering questions and explaining things. He's a fabulous communicator! He never had a problem with me texting or emailing him with questions or concerns about any part of the process along the way. I would recommend Collin and Summit to anyone local that needs help with their remodeling or restoration projects!

We discovered water in our upstairs laundry room on December 23rd that caused a minor flood into our garage and through a light fixture in our house. Collin (our Project Manager) and his assistant Brenden came right away that day helping us start to mitigate the damage. Bryan, Ed and Justin worked all day on December 24th until 6 p.m. getting the heaters and fans set up and taking out the damaged flooring. We were so grateful they were there and gave up time with their own families to help us. It was a very stressful situation, but Collin assured us he would take care of scheduling everything. He did a fantastic job coordinating the repairs, answered any questions we had right away and provided detailed communication at each stage of the repair process. During the repairs of our wood floor, a small, very slow unrelated leak was discovered. Collin managed this repair as well that included drywall, paint and replacement flooring. All of the contractors that came to work on the flooring, paint, etc. did excellent work. I would highly recommend Summit Cleaning and Restoration and Collin as the PM.

Ed, Josh and Bryan are very professional, polite and thorough at their jobs. They kept us informed and treated the home with respect. I would hire any of these young men to work for me in a heart beat. Summit provided a great service.

After posting the original review I had two more encounters with employees from Summit.

Bryce came to the house for daily check on progress. The crew from before knew it was my birthday, they brought a gift bag with Treats for my pup. It truly touched my heart and I thank them for the ray of sunshine during a less than ideal time.

The next phase of process is Restoration the estimator Mike was great at explaining what he was doing and the future steps. He was very articulate, polite and professional like all of the employees I have met so far.

After the fire was extinguished, we called Summit Cleaning & Restoration. Collin, Justin, and Brenden arrived promptly with all materials necessary to thoroughly tarp the damage. The next day Collin, Project Manager, began working with our insurance company which was extremely helpful and made the claim process flow smoothly, without any issues. The Summit team demonstrated care and respect by completely covering and sealing off the damage area from the remainder of the home. We were also grateful for how completely they examined and tested the damage to avoid future issues. Unable to match materials; we asked Collin to increase the project scope to include new roof, replace and upgrade siding and repaint. Collin and the Summit Team did an outstanding job planning, vetting contractors, scheduling, adjusting to several changes along the way. In summary, the following boxes were checked A+++!

Our experience with Brenden and Collin was amazing! They were so kind and honest with us, efficient, and knowledgeable about the restoration work as well as helping us navigate our insurance! A storm led to water damage around our fireplace and entry way. Summit helped us through every step from mitigation through repair. They made the process so much easier and communicated everything along the way. They even made special considerations for us having an infant in the home during the process. We recently hired Summit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the first phone call to completion, Daniel was professional, responsive, and truly cared about getting the job done right. I cannot say enough about my emergency response mitigation team! My washer broke and flooded my laundry room and heating ducts. They got the call around 4:15am and Bryan, Devin, and Terri arrived with a couple hours of me calling, fully equipped and ready to go. They dove right in assessing damages, pulling wet flooring, insulation, moving appliances, etc. and setting up drying equipment. These guys are really good at what they do. It’s a lot of hard work especially pulling all the wet insulation out from under the house. I can’t praise these three enough.

Then Wade showed up a few hours later to evaluate the progress and update me on the process. He had already been in contact with my field adjuster which was amazing and impressive. He answered all my questions and met with my Agent why he was here as well.

What started out being a very stressful morning ended up being ok because I know I’m in good hands with this crew and things are going to get handled the right way.

Wanted to add an update. I continued to use Summit for repairs and rebuild. And again I can’t say enough good stuff about this staff. Mike was my project manager, total rock star, and Kelsey the assistant manager an absolute sweetheart. They helped get my home back together seamlessly and more beautiful than I imagined! Shout out to Justin as well for his contribution on the final touches.

Pack out / pack in crews led by Mary Lou, great communicator, took great care in moving everything in and out of the pod. Went above and beyond I feel. I unfortunately didn’t get all their names but great team work, safe workers and they really cared about getting the house set up correctly.

Other than my insurance company being difficult, this could not have gone any better. Thank you Wade for continuing to help me fight the I insurance company to get this all settled.

Summit helped us when a tree fell on our house. They were great! They got a crew out to remove the tree right away and then Austin and Logan from Summit went the extra mile working well into the dark to get our roof tarped up and protected before the next big storm coming that same night. It was a tough day and they made a real difference for me and my family. Glad I made that call. Thanks guys!!!

I was fortunate to find Summit Cleaning Restoration to help me through the in's and out's of a homeowners insurance claim. Colin Andre and his team took the time to help me understand each step. Insurance claims are difficult but Summit has the experience to navigate every step of the process. They are both professional and personal. I am writing to share my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Summit following a recent water loss at my home. What I initially believed to be a roof leak turned out to be a burst line in my water heater that was spraying water into the roof.

Justin and Daniel were instrumental in ensuring my insurance claim was approved. When my insurance company initially attempted to deny the claim by citing "long-term damage," Justin and Daniel met with multiple adjusters to advocate on my behalf. Their expertise was crucial in proving that this was not a long-term loss. They also maintained consistent communication with my agent throughout the entire process, which provided me with great peace of mind.

Because of the significant damage caused by the hot water, your team even assisted in securing temporary housing for me during the drying and repair phases. The restoration work, particularly in my bathroom, far exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the opportunity to contribute my own funds to include upgrades in the master bedroom during the process.

The final outcome is wonderful, and it feels as though I have moved into a brand new home. Thank your team for their professionalism and dedication.
