Constraction reviews in Junction City, Oregon

Cory did the inspection on the house we are buying. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Not only did we find out what needs to be addressed immediately but also gave us a blueprint for general maintenance going forward. I’m extremely thankful that our realtor chose Cory Gant to do our inspection!

We interacted with several inspectors and their reports as part of this home buying process. Cory was by far the most experienced thorough, patient, and easy to understand. His web-based report was easier to navigate than a pdf annd included a wealth of information about how to maintain the home. He’s given us the peace of mind that we know nearly everything about what we are buying. And, he is nice, and funny! I could not recommend him more.

Detailed inspection, knowledgeable and practical. I highly recommend choosing Cory against any other inspector between Salem and Eugene. Best price, best service hands down.

Thank you for the thorough and detailed home inspection! We appreciate that it was easy to read and comprehensive. We feel confident that we know the condition of the home we're buying, and we would recommend Corey for your next home inspection too.

Cory is my go to Home Inspector. He is great to work with and one of the huge things my clients really enjoy is his personalized walk through video when they are unable to attend the walk through once he is finished. Highly recommend Cory.

Nice, professional, and personable owner and staff. Quick and reliable service when needed.

If you’re looking to leave your shoddy WiFi and join the 21st Century with fast, wired internet in your home, call IES. You will love Aaron, who is communicative, honest, personable, and the kind knowledgeable that you only get from 30 years of experience in the industry. IES is used to working with huge clients like school districts and local governments, but they approached our project (3 cat-6 ethernet drops and a tie-in point in the “network” closet) like we were their favorite customer. We were on their schedule within a week of the estimate. Victor and Jake were so courteous and efficient. They had to crawl through the innards of a 1910 farmhouse and with enthusiasm and a little creativity they made our new network ports look like they belong in our home. Please enjoy these riveting photos. You can probably tell by their quality that they were uploaded to this Google review with lightening-fast hard-wired internet.
