I purchased a new construction home and hired Corey as our home inspector. Unfortunately I got sick and was unable to attend the post inspection walkthrough, but Corey provided a series of video walkthroughs instead. The report was very thorough and he found a couple of issues that my construction team has now addressed.

Cory is a consummate professional. He has a deep love of his business and helping others. The most important thing about my inspection was that it was thorough. Not only did Cory do everything by the book on the home inspection, he brought his own experience as a contractor to tell me exactly what was wrong with a couple of items so I could decide whether I wanted to fix it myself with a repair addendum from the seller or require the seller to fix it prior to close. Also, his use of technology is refreshing. He uses current equipment to perform the inspection and uses a web platform to provide all the information along the way. All this and he is one of the kindest people you will ever meet.

Gant Inspections was the most professional Inspection experience I've ever had. I was impressed with Cory's thoroughness, and how easy it was to understand the presentation of his findings (with photos and great English explanations). Plus, when his findings and observations can cause an experienced Realtor to say, "Wow, good point,, good catch" when discussing something "Level-Above," I know I've got the right guy.

I've known Cory to be a skilled Home Builder/Contractor for many years, and he brings that experience into the Inspection world. GREEAT value for the money - well spent!!

We realized how much time he had spent on all of it when he called us and talked to us about all of the different issues with the house… happily even though there were issues, he was very positive about the house and its condition and what we needed to do.

There was a lot as it is 120 year old Victorian house, but he was very precise and detailed about what we needed to do and even sent us the details in writing about what needed to be done.
