I’ve seen Chaz clean gutters and roofs with the best of quality. He’ll offer exceptional service at a fair price. He’s personable and extremely trustworthy. Uses harness and ropes to keep himself safe. He cleans our gutters and roofs 4 times a year. We’re surrounded by trees and it needs it.

Chaz and his team were extremely professional and did an amazing job cleaning my roof and gutters. I have 2 giant Sequoias and one California Redwood tree that constantly drops debris and we are lucky to find a roof cleaning company to tackle the job multiple times per year. I would definitely recommend their services.... and they also hang Christmas lights!

He took a few minutes to show me the fixes & improvements he made, and explained what he was doing & why. He carefully cleaned up any debris around which he had worked, which I appreciated. Chaz responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, provided it immediately, then came out 2 days later to confirm the work to be done and uniqueness of my job, since my home was built in 1886 and has built in gutters and downspouts. He was confident that it would be no problem for him and came out 2 days later to complete the job, on time and UNDER budget! When does that ever happen, especially in this day and age? Needless to say, we will gladly have him back next year and be referring him to anyone who needs his services.

Chaz did an amazing job cleaning the moss off of our very large, very steep, heavily moss covered roof. If he can do such a thorough job for us, he can clean any roof. He was very responsive and showed up when he said he would.

Chaz was amazing! My roof had a lot of mass on it more than I even knew, as I can’t see the highest level. He cleaned the gutters as well, which I can’t do myself anymore, and insured that all was cleaned up prior to leaving! I will continue to use Chaz annually just to keep the roof in check and going forward:)

Super happy with the gutter cleaning and attention paid to the downspouts which were coming away from the house. The downspouts were attached with brackets and screwed to the house instead of just nailed (originally to the house). Look forward to working with PDX Gutters & Roofs again!
