Arrived right on time and did a tremendous job. Stubborn stains that we never thought would get taken care of were removed and our carpet looks like it did almost 8 years ago when we had it installed. Rich was friendly, honest and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for future cleanings.

Rich was great! He was on time and helped me move some furniture before he started. The carpets looked brand new when he was done. This will be who I use for my carpets from now on. Thanks Rich!

Always does a wonderful job! goes the extra mile and is a super down to earth and very nice gentleman. I heard from my grandparents about Precision Carpet cleaning and I wouldn't go to any one else! They get you in quickly and the service is fast and precise. :) We have used them a couple times now and I'am always amazed by the finished product. Highly recommended. Rich the owner did everything promised and more. He is self directed and seems to do the work as if it is his place. I asked if he could get some of the carpet in a bedroom and I was really impressed with how well he did. I thought some areas were too bad to salvage but it came out looking like new. Some stains will come back over time because it's too far gone. It was nice to see things done so well.

Amazing customer service and quality work. Rich was happy to explain any questions I had and was very accurate with the time frame and what I should expect from the clean. The price was very competitive when I shopped around. I was more than happy with how the carpet turned out. This is a small local company I would recommend to all run by a great guy.

This is the BEST company to have clean your carpets. I've had Rich cleaning for me for over 12 years now and every time my carpets look and feel amazing. He's friendly and really listens to your needs of service then get the job done! I highly recommend him and won't go with anyone else EVER!

I have hired Rich at Precision Carpets 3x now; twice for heavily stained upholstery from animals and once after a child threw up red berries all over my chiffon couch (it was STINKY and he came quickly.) I am extremely satisfied! Odors, animal urine and stains have come right out. One of those occasions, he was willing to work with me when I had to abruptly reschedule after a more urgent issue showed up. Love supporting small businesses and his amazing work keeps us coming back!!

Precision Carpet Cleaning is a wonderful family run business and my family and I highly recommend them. We had them come to spray our couch to protect against stains. The owner, Rich, was helpful and kind and scheduling was super easy. Our couch smells great and there is no strange residue. We will definitely be using them again.

I've used this company three years now for my annual home cleaning (carpet and area rugs). Rich is always prompt in returning calls and scheduling, and also very reasonable pricing. He's professional, knowledgeable and good at what he does! Support this local, family-owned business!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ve continued to use Precision for several years now and have always been satisfied with the end results. Not even a week after we got our carpets cleaned this last time one of our pets had an accident (so frustrating!!). I reached out to Rich and he came back and took care of the accident area so quickly! He always replies within 24 hours and is such a great communicator. He’s also very reasonably priced. We are very happy customers and will be as long as he’s in business!

Original 11/2021:
We have used Precision Carpet Cleaning three times now and have been extremely satisfied each time. We have 3 huskies and a cat so cleaning our carpets is no small task. Each visit Rich has given us updates on things he’s noticed with our carpet (like spots where there seems to be more pet hair/odor, etc) and also tips on how to maintain our carpet in between professional cleanings. It has always been super easy to schedule a visit and communication has always been amazing with quick replies and updating if there is any changes to appointments. We’ve used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, usually just searching for the best deal, but we will definitely stick with Rich and Precision Carpet Cleaning from now on! Affordable, flexible, great customer service, and great quality!

Rich has cleaned carpets for our high traffic office as well as personal home for the last 6 years. We have always been happy with the quality of his work, professionalism and timeliness. I highly recommend Precison Carpet Cleaning.

I lived the place, ofcourse only their company may enter the building but they do amazing work. I do suggest their company if ever needing a floor done or whatever else they do.

I wanted a greener way to clean my home to help protect my family from all the harsh chemicals they are exposed to. My floors came out better then ever and they were dry in about an hour!!!!

First time to use their services today and I'm hooked! My carpet is really really clean! Very pleased!

This will forever be who I use!!! I had a carpet gal from another company schedule with me for a Sunday the day before a huge important house inspection and then ghost me.. I googled carpet cleaners around me and everyone but Root were closed cuz it was Sunday.. they answered right away and squeezed me in for the morning of... the didn’t have to and nobody else would but they did... the saved my life so to speak lol!!!
