It’s not so common to find a vendor who is truly as advertised. Rich was gracious, skilled, conscientious and patient with our schedule changes. The carpet looked amazing; he gave helpful tips and advice on future care. Would use again…and will!

Clean-clean-clean is what my carpets look like now! Rich was prompt, fair priced and called the next day to make sure everything was to my expectations. He used corner protectors, the proper equipment and used citrus based, fresh products. I'd use his services again.

I am a small business owner myself. While at a clients house a year ago I met this gentleman named Rich. Being a retired carpet cleaner myself, I knew the exact process of what he should and could be doing. And although every owner has his owner style, Rich did everything correctly.

Now about a year later, I have purchased my first home, and desperately needed my carpets professionally cleaned with professional equipment.

I pulled out rich's card and gave him a text, he quickly responded and we setup a rough day. That day came quick, and he was prompt and ready to wash our pet stained carpets.

The bedroom was the worst and I knew there wasn't much hope. The living room had a few bad spots and a fair amount of "Oh these should come up clean"...

The carpets look amazing, Rich made sure my wife and kid felt at home while we all worked on getting the house ready with boxes. He was very polite, courteous and, caring. Rich went above and beyond to try and remove every stain and odor.

Roughly 2 weeks later and the living is still amazing. However, as WE BOTH EXPECTED, the bedroom carpet is VERY CLEAN, but odor has returned.

Cat urine is nearly impossible to remove from a bad underneath carpet. Carpet and pad is being removed and new replacement pending.

Thank you very much Rich for your amazing customer service skills, and for treating your clients as humans.
