Highly recommend Terra Tile! Kaupo and Leman did a great job on my tile backsplash project! I had four rooms that needed tile backsplash replacement and they did a perfect job. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted and they were nice, on-time, great communicators, and easy to work with. They were even flexible with me on coming back after I hadn't ordered enough tile for one of the rooms. As a single woman homeowner it's difficult sometimes to get a fair bid on projects, Kaupo treated me with respect and kindness and never made me feel patronized or silly. Even when I didn't order enough tile! :-) I'd do another project with Terra Tile for sure!

Hands down Kaupo is the best tile professional I have ever worked with. He was friendly, very responsive, listened to my wants, and his attention to detail was above my expectations. Chaz, his employee is highly regarded as well. I will use Kaupo again for future tile projects. His knowledge and experience in tile is very apparent from how he laid out the tile pattern, designed the niche, and detail of tile pieces around or in tough spots. Not to mention the project was finished on time and worked with with the other sub contractors on the project. It was great to get to know two truly good humans in the process as well. You won’t regret using Terra Tile and Stone.

Kaupo and Chaz did beautiful tile work for two of my bathrooms. They were such a pleasure to work with, professional and flexible when our materials were delayed. More than anything, their work speaks for itself and they are truly masters of their craft. I highly recommend them and can't wait to do another tile project with them!

Kaupo and his crew pulled my old tiled bathroom floor and replaced it with new gray and white hexagon shaped marble tiles with white grouting. The work was skillfully and precisely done. I appreciated the time they spent to get it just right. My bathroom looks updated, bigger, and brighter! Sometimes you just need a new tile floor and not a total remodel to give your bathroom a clean and fresh look. Don't hesitate to call Kaupo for ideas and a reasonable estimate. I cannot praise him enough!

I cannot recommend Kaupo and his team enough. I called him late into my remodel realizing that I would not be able to complete the shower surrounds by our deadline. Kaupo was a good communicator, responsive, always on time, and worked efficiently to get my project done ahead of schedule. The project involved many challenging aspects including: mitered inside and outside corners, a custom marble shower curb, waterproof membrane, and all with uneven handmade tiles. It turned out perfect and I am so thankful that I found Kaupo and his team to do the work. His team was clean, respectful of our home, and just great to have around while they worked. Chaz has great taste in music and really knocked it out of the park on this one. Will use Terra tile again in any future projects.

We really loved working with Kaupo. He provided an honest estimate with unnecessary rip off costs like some contractors we hired before. Showed up right on time for work. Adam was the one who did the work who had years of experience in tiles. He was a nice dude and we loved his work. We felt that Kaupo and the team didn’t chase after money but instead wanted to provide a valuable service. We highly recommend them to anyone. We will surely rehire them for continued work in the kitchen and bathrooms

Earlier this year we discovered we had water damage in our bathroom. It was so bad that it forced us to replace the tiles, the floors and one of the walls. I reached out to Kaupo and he was pleasant from the start, gave us a reasonable price and accommodated all our requests throughout the process. He pretty much did the entire thing after the water damage company did the demo. He even painted the walls for a discounted price.

I got to see his hard work and amazing craftsmanship, he took good care of our house and I felt safe going to work while the remodeling was in progress. He also didn’t up charge us like some other contractors would’ve, he genuinely seemed to care about the work he was doing.

Did some work for this company at Blue Sky Lane in Portland wich turned out great and at the end of the project they said they weren't going to pay because parr lumber didn't bring out window sill material (wich I wasn't supplying material) I told them I could only come back in 5 days but instead told me not to come back because "I messed up their schedule". I feel like Evan was being really unprofessional and not willing to work with the circumstances that where out of my control.

Evan and his crew did a terrific job installing a new HVAC unit in my home. I had to fire the HVAC company I had previously for their incompetence. I have a very limited space and Evan miraculously custom fit the new unit!

He carefully measured and calculated the space, selected the proper unit (York) and was respectful of my carpeted areas with his drop cloths and boots off.
