Been with them for 10 years now and I love having them come weekly…very friendly, thorough service and reliable.

I asked them to clean out a rental property. The things they cleaned were cleaned well. Unfortunately, they made a huge mess on the floors and countertops that I'd told them I'd already cleaned. Also communication from them was not great-- I did not give them a hard stop on time but they didn't finish the things we'd talked about. I also said to do the "cabinets". When I got there the insides of the upper level cabinets were untouched-- completely covered in dust. They claimed they tried to clean them but that the contact paper was too dirty-- there is no contact paper on the upper cabinets. Overall I wish they'd been better at communicating what they were doing and hadn't left the floors and counters a wet dirty mess that I had to clean up.

Our Merry Maids keep our home clean and beautiful. They do everything I can’t. We were meticulous and now we rely on their professional service and consistent high quality to keep our home sparkling.

I’m always pleased with the service...EVERY time. If there’s something I feel needs more attention, all I have to do is ask. If I need to reschedule, no problem (before the 24-hour cut off). They are always helpful, always pleasant, and our particular merry maid, Jordan, is a sweetheart.

I like having consistency and knowing who is coming to clean the house, and the people who have cleaned my home are all very friendly and get right to work. It's nice to come home to a clean house that smells nice - and not like chemicals!

I recently had Merry Maids do a deep cleaning after a major interior remodeling project. Dust was literally everywhere from the demo of a tile floor and other extensive work. Merry Maids did a very thorough cleaning of all the dust, every nook and cranny of closets (even dusting off clothing), pantry and everything else. Very professional and efficient. Liked them so much I've signed up for a monthly cleaning.

The fabulous customer service I received is hard to find now a days. They really customize the service based on my needs. I have my home cleaned every 2 weeks and they send the same person every time. The consistency makes it stress free and easy. You won’t regret choosing Merry Maids.
