True North Tree Care did a great job! On time, had 2 80 ft tall Doug Fir trees down in a day, they laid down heavy duty mats on our lawn to protect it, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend True North Tree Care!

They do great work. Our place is looking great. They are responsive, professional, licensed, bonded, insured, wear all the safety gear - all the things. Show up on time and when promised. They communicate while on the job. I will continue using them for the endless tree work on a country property.

We used Ben and his team at True North after the Holiday Farm Fire in McKenzie. We had some huge old growths that we could not manage ourselves. Ben responded quickly and came to us for a bid. He understood the heartache we were suffering after the Fire and dealt with our needs professionally and with care. We loved the work they did so much that we called them again to help take down some more fire trees that were on a very steep and dangers mountain side. Sketchy work for anyone but their ability to put safety first for their team was impressive! Trust North will now be our go to Tree folk and we pass their business cards out like crazy cause we wouldn’t trust anyone else for our friends and family.

This crew is amazing. I had 3 very large Doug Fir trees & a walnut tree that were causing mayhem with power lines, fence line, my roof, etc. They came and strategically took them down. They were professional, kind and thorough. I found out about them because I made a Facebook post asking for reputable companies & they were the most recommended and that was important to me. They made the process fairly smooth & I will be hiring them in the future for any other tree work I may need. 11/10.

True North Tree Care did first class work in taking down 3 trees in my yard with minimal disturbance to the surrounding environment. One Ash tree of approximately 90 feet in height was next to the property line with little area to let the branches and cut trunk to land. Ben and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up all debris afterwards. This was not an easy area to remove all of downed material and haul it away. I am pleased with the results and would recommend them without reservation.

We highly recommend True North. Ben and his team were great! We had four tricky trees taken down in less than three hours. Professional, quick and safe, plus reasonably priced. Thank you True North!

Ben and True North Tree Care is fast, efficient and professional! I called Ben to get a quote for some rotten birch trees in our front yard, he was out the same day for a bid and had us scheduled within a week or two. And they were done quicker than expected! Would highly recommend and use again for any tree service.

Ben and the team did a phenomenal job tackling a nasty cedar and spruce on my farm. Reasonably priced as well. If I ever need tree work done that is beyond my ability I will definitely be calling them again. They were kind enough to separate the different chips as well as leave a tall stump for me to practice my carving skills. Thanks again True North!

These guys did an awesome job with a big tree and at a competitive price. Ground down the sizeable stump when they were done. However, after I hauled away the chip from the stump, which I asked them not include in the bid, there was still a lot of stump left over when I uncovered it. But, they quickly came back and took care of the remaking stump. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend True North to anyone.

We are beyond pleased and impressed with the professional service and outstanding communication of Ben, Shelby and company! They have been exceptionally responsive to the challenge of extremely large limbs that fell from a beloved oak tree in the front of our property, due to the recent ice storm. Ben was able to restore aesthetic balance to the tree after climbing to hazardous heights during a very rainy and cold February day. True North Tree Care did a great job for us and followed our instructions regarding the work we wanted done. The crew was punctual, friendly and professional and also left the area clean after their work was completed.

We had a huge fir tree that we knew was in bad shape and hired this company to do the work. Ben and his crew are amazing ! Top notch work and work ethic. The tree was much worse and apparently completely infested w red ants clear to the top ( (150ft) . These poor guys were getting bitten all over by those things and didn’t even complain. They finished the job, did a great job of cleanup too . Thanks True North Tree Care
