Tree reviews in Marcola, Oregon

Ben and his team are well equipped to meet your needs for significant tree care projects. In our case, major damage from the January ice storm in Springfield and the foothills. The oaks on our property were hit particularly hard. Ben quickly presented us with a bid and put us on the schedule. In the two and half days they were here, they removed five large trees and and did major trimming on about six acres. Some of the removal was tricky because of proximity to structures. The work was accomplished efficiently, the team was friendly and the clean-up was thorough. They even trimmed some fir damage that we had not noticed. These guys are unusually competent and careful with their work. We can highly recommend True North for all your tree care needs.

True North has done an outstanding job on our big trees. Their crew is professional and cleanup thorough. I will call them again for future needs. Highly recommend.

After numerous attempts to get tree care after the January freeze, True North Tree Care came through. I found them working nearby and scheduled a day to remove and trim trees. They arrived on time, worked diligently through the day as a team, answered my questions and asked for my input at the right time. They completed the work early and did a great job cleaning up along the way. Their pricing was competitive and I would definitely hire them to do more work in the future. Great job from a good crew.

I want to share my recommendation for True North Tree Care for anyone in need of tree care and removal services. Ben and his team demonstrated exceptional skill and precision when they safely took down two massive, deceased Cottonwood trees from our property. Witnessing their coordinated work was truly impressive. From the initial quotation to the arrival of the crew and the efficient execution of the work, their professionalism shone through. The entire process was seamless and expeditious, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding job they did.

True North Tree Care removed 4 dying trees and trimmed a very large Chinese elm for us last Friday. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. The crew was amazing and did an excellent job, even cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them!

I have used True North a number of time and find them easy to work with, trusted, and complete the work they committed to. I would definitely use them for future jobs.

Another stellar review for True North! Unplanned service as a tree fell on our house. They got back to me before daylight and the tree was removed and roof tarped less than 6 hours later! They have experience working with insurance so everything has gone super smoothly, taking a huge mess of stress off my shoulders. Highly recommend them for emergency tree services too!!

We highly recommend Ben Owens and his amazing team at True North Tree Care!

Our massive redwood tree was causing constant damage to our property as well as our neighbors. We couldn’t imagine how to get it out of an incredibly tight space. It was 160 ft tall with an 8 ft diameter and 24 ft circumference.

Ben planned and executed the removal flawlessly! He was able to limb the entire tree in one day with each limb coming down on target. He hired an amazing crane crew and arranged for the wood to be hauled and repurposed. Ben and his crew worked tirelessly for 3 days and were back on day 4 for complete cleanup.

Ben was great about communicating with us every step of the way and took time to explain the process fully.

While safety of this project was a major concern for us, it was quickly evident that this team was making safety their #1 priority! Their equipment was top notch and the amount of technology used was a surprise. The team worked well together with confidence and professionalism.

The removal of this majestic tree was a huge decision for us both financially and emotionally. We are 100% satisfied with the results.

We recommend True North Tree Care. After the initial service we felt the result was not quite right. However, due to life events we did not contact them for some time. They were gracious and returned to fix some things. We are very pleased with the final result. They run their business with integrity.

Ben and his team were on time and did exactly as they said they would do. The turn around time from estimate to service was short. True North was very professional in their work and the clean up after was fantastic. I cannot thank them enough for their work and their care in doing the job. Please accept my highest recommendation of this tree service.

True North did a great job removing 2 trees and cleaned up 2 other trees. The bid we got was extremely fair. The whole crew was so nice. Would highly recommend them.

Ben and his crew are amazing! We have had them come out a few times to help manage the trees on our property. One of those times was during an ice storm to remove a giant cedar off our home and cut up many that had fallen across our driveway and back yard. They recently came out to remove and trim several trees very close to our home that had been damaged , and dying from that same storm. We can not thank them enough for protecting our home and family! Very responsive, professional, and all over great experiences!

Excellent work by Ben and his crew from True North Tree Care! Timely, efficient and great guys. I would definitely recommend them.

True North Tree Care did a great job, I was very impressed! My tree was in a difficult location to work with. Also happy with the cleanup afterwards. Very professional.

Ben and his crew were a Godsend during the ice storms! During a time when everyone needed help moving trees from their homes, he and his crew made themselves available and worked long hours in rain and sleet to help everyone they possibly could! I am forever grateful to them!

True North was quick, efficient and super easy to work with. We had a large tree in a tight spot that they took care of with ease. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

The True North team are absolute pros. Courteous, thorough, prompt, highly skilled, & efficient, they have the necessary tools & expertise to handle anything.

A recent wind storm took brought down a pine on my garage. True North was there soon after the incident to remove it from the structure's roof, and they even helped with tarping the damage. I had them come back to do a complete cleanup, bring down a few more problematic trees, and remove all the debris. Estimates and scheduling were handled quickly. On the day when the work was scheduled to happen, they were here early and the everything was completed quickly and professionally.

If you need anything related to tree management - from emergency storm damage recovery & cleanup to regular maintenance - IMHO you can't go wrong True North. I'll definitely be calling them first for future needs.

They do super amazing work and don’t shy away from trees in tricky spots. I had a big fir touching my house and every other arborist I had out either gave outrages bids or would refuse the job. Ben with True North didn’t even bat an eye at it and said “that’s our bread and butter!”. They got the whole thing completed in less than two days (including limbing up 12 other trees and taking out a second smaller fir that was dying). I can’t recommend them enough!

True North Tree Care communicated quickly and clearly regarding all aspects from estimation to time of arrival to payment/receipts. Ben described the plan clearly and communicated well throughout the process.

Their workers were expedient, safe, congenial, professional, and hard working. I am impressed!

Our job required 2 large Douglas Firs to be taken down, each over 130' tall and the largest 32" in circumference at chest height. These two trees were 6' and 12', respectively, away from our carport and both had lean towards the house.

The trees were limbed and felled without any harm to our buildings, and we are very grateful.

The price was fair for such large trees in such precarious positions and I highly recommend True North Tree Care.

Ben and crew are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

Super professional. The whole crew is courteous, good communicators, and really skilled at tree work. We had two large pines that were leaning too far and on the verge of falling over. The crew worked well as a team and were able to bring down the trees safely.
