Tree reviews in Marcola, Oregon

I was able to easily get in touch with Ben and his team to schedule a free inspection of a tree on my property. He explained his determination on it's condition and wasn't rushed for time when I asked him to look at a second tree.
We determined the one needed to come down and he sent a quote the next day. Ben and his team gave me an accurate time that they would arrive and they were extremely prompt. They were also considerate of my yard access directions and space. The team of 4 brought down the very large tree, disposed of all limbs, and cut the trunk into manageable rounds; all within the span of an hour. They left almost no debris other than a small amount of saw dust right at the base of the tree.
Long story short, no price can be put on tree safety and saving my home and neighbors from tree damage. I would absolutely recommend True North to anyone in need of any arborist services and will be calling them again when I need work for my other trees.

Ben and his Team with True North did a fantastic job removing a large Fir that blew down during the December storm. It was between the house and the river. They cut up the tree and hand carried it out to avoid damaging the landscaping. They also took out a hazard tree that was growing against the deck. They cleaned everything up and were prompt, professional and communicative. I would definitely use them again.

Super impressed with Ben Owens and his team! Very professional, clean and talented! I had two very sketchy trees threatening my barn and Ben didn’t even flinch when others said no way! Thank you so much again for returning my peace of mind knowing my barn and horses are safe! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful crew, polite, friendly and efficient. Ben was great. Checked in with me periodically to see if everything I needed was completed. Cleaned up everything. I was impressed from beginning to end. Every single crew member thanked me for my business Highest recommendation. Did I mention they are also local which is always a plus for me

Ben does it again...this time took down a leaning Oregon ash tree .Ben and his crew were respectful of the young trees in the drop zone and nothing was damaged. Glad to support a local businessman that knows his stuff! Thanks, Ben!

Ben and his crew were great! They trimmed up 8+ fir trees and removed 1. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Cut tree they fell into firewood lengths and moved them up to a convenient place for me so we can split it up. Chipped up debris and cleaned up area. I would highly recommended.

Great job! Ben and his crew are courteous, skilled ,and safety first. They took extra care when taking out a tricky tree that was leaning toward our house. They even dumped the chipped up wood at a local friend's house when my friend asked for them. They explained what they were going to do and answered all of our questions, before, during and after and their quote was better than expected! After they were done, they cleaned up the area and it looks great!

We had a massive tree removed from our backyard that was just inches from our garage, with large limbs hanging over our house. It was a challenging job, and this company handled it flawlessly.

They arrived on time, brought in a crane, and safely removed the entire tree and all debris in just eight hours. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their precision and attention to safety were outstanding.

If you need tree work done, I highly recommend True North. They exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
