Several years ago Dr HVAC installed a heat pump with three ceiling mounts. They did an outstanding job!!!! Now every six months they contact me for maintenance and to clean and change the filters.
I don't normally write reviews, but the staff both office and technicians should get an A+ for Outstanding customer service and integrity.
Nate came out today to conduct maintenance and as always he did a fantastic job.
If you want an honest company, that cares about their customers you can't go wrong with Dr. HVAC in McMInnville.

Great service and expertise. Shout out to technician Nate for a thorough inspection / maintenance in an incredibly professional and friendly way. He gave good tips on what house filters would be best and respected my time and space while I was working from home.

Every time these guys come out to check on the system, it’s top notch service and they are always on time.

Had our air conditioner replaced this morning by a wonderful team lead by Sterling. He was efficient, professional, and informative. We have been using the service contract with Dr. HVAC for 20 years and have always been happy with the staff, services, and products.

The install of my ductless heating/AC heat pump and wall units a couple days ago went very well. Jackson and Sterling are a focused, hard working team who worked well with the electrician and each other. I appreciated the professional and respectful way they answered my questions and outlined the steps of the install. And after removing my old window AC they even had a plan to cover the side of the window missing there until I told them I thought it was in the attic, which they found, cleaned up and set back in place for me. Just nice guys. Demonstrated how system worked with remotes. So glad I invested in this.

Nate serviced our heat pump system today that we had installed 2 years ago he was very kind and quickly made it run at the efficiency it should have since installation after I asked why it was so loud. However it never should have been a problem for 2 years! Running at maximum output for such a small home. Thank you Nate for helping me it should really help with the electricity bill, not to mention, be safer!

This is the 2 time I had a service.. the first time was back in 2017 and this time was in May 2024.
I call to let them know that my heat pump wasn’t cooling, they immediately sent a technician that same day…
The technician was friendly, polite and respectful of my home. This company is very honest and will not steal from you. They’ll give you a diagnose for 99.00 .. in my case, it was a battery that needed to get replaced. They could’ve lied and charge me thousands of dollars that’s why I say this company is very honest. My total cost for everything was $425 including the part and labor service. I’m very happy and I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you so much for your service.

I've been using Dr HVAC for all my HVAC system maintenance and when necessary repair and replacement. I have never been disappointed. I recently had routine preventative maintenance performed by Nate. He arrived on time and carefully explained what work he performed and shared several recommendations to me. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about my HVAC system.

In 2020 we bought a new home and decided on Dr. HVAC for all our heating/cooling needs. Best decision ever! I bought my AC unit through them at a very reasonable price. They installed it on time and after finding issues with our ductwork, made multiple visits to troubleshoot and fix the problem. The routine maintenance they do is quick and friendly and on time.

Recently, we had a natural gas leak and NW Natural did what they could and recommended a different HVAC company to finish the job. I won’t name names, but it’s a big company with lots of commercials on TV. First - They wouldn’t come out to inspect for several days, which wasn’t very cool with a wife and kids in a house with natural gas leak leaking…and then they quoted $7000 to “fix” the problem.

Instead, I called Dr. HVAC and they sent out a tech immediately. He got the job done for $100, and was quick and friendly while he did it. He explained everything about what was going on and tested everything multiple times, showing my wife and I how everything worked and to reassure us.

I believe his name was Brent or Brad, I’ll edit this post if it’s a different name. Anyways, could not recommend Dr. HVAC enough, will be customers for a very long time.

Websters service tech Henry was right on time. Very through job for our yearly inspection plus he had the one part needed that should be replaced.

Clint from Webster did a great job for me. He cleaned out the part of the furnace that was giving me trouble. But also gave me advice about how to keep my older gas furnace serviced well. And showed me how to replace the filters as this is a new house for me.

We love Henry at Webster's. He does such a good and thorough job and is always pleasant and communicates easily with us.

Webster Hearing continues to be our trusted service provider for mini split, AC and oil fired furnace. For over 15 years. Today 1/15/2026, Clint arrived on schedule. Respected our tidy home.
Performed yearly maintenance at 2 locations. One location has old oil gun fired furnace. as well as Daikin mini split. , 2nd location mini split also HVAC. Clint takes care of it as if his own.

We continue to be greatfull for Webster Heating.

Henry did a great job servicing our furnace , answering our questions, and programed our thermostat.

The installer was very thoughtful and did an excellent job in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results.
