The PDX tree service crew came out today to take down our 80’ maple and not only were they professional but they did all the work in less than four hours! If you need your trees trimmed or removed I highly recommend you contact them - they are fantastic!

PDX Tree Service crew did such an awesome job on our huge Oak tree. Giving it a much needed trimming from off the roof and clearing dead branches. They were fast, professional and cleaned up perfectly. What a great bunch of guys. It looks beautiful.

II’m very happy with the workmanship by PDX Tree Service, both from a pricing standpoint (they were neither the highest nor the lowest) and in terms of skill. I had a giant oak tree in my neighbor’s yard that towers over mine and hangs directly above a shed housing pool equipment. I’ve lived in this house for 30 years, and the tree had only been trimmed once before. I hired PDX Tree Service primarily to remove dead wood and take out a large limb hanging over the shed.

What drew me to them were the reviews mentioning their experience with big trees like this. My top priority was safety and making sure the trimming was done skillfully without damaging anything below. I was amazed at how quickly and expertly they handled the job. It was a massive project, and they made it look easy.

I also had a second tree—a Mt. Fuji cherry blossom—that needed some dead wood cleaned out. These trees naturally sprawl like an umbrella, and I wanted to preserve its shape and character. They understood exactly what I meant and delivered beautifully. Again, I’m very pleased with the final results.

This is the second time we’ve used PDX Tree Service. They listened carefully to what we wanted done, answered all our questions, and executed the job professionally.The yard was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. Everyone was polite and personable. The end result is beautiful! Highly recommend this company.

Everyone at PDX Tree Service was great to work with! We had 10 trees either trimmed or removed and Jordan,JP & Brigham did an amazing job!! I added a few pictures, one from before and some during! Very impressive to watch them take out those three big trees !

Josiah and Jordan and the crew were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly helpful in helping us determine how best to trim and remove snags and a huge oak trunk. They have an incredible crane that allowed them to acces tough spots through other trees. I would highly recommend them.

Timely and professional job. Everything done as agreed upon when estimate was made. All structures around tree untouched. 3 very large birch trees brought down. Very happy and reasonably priced.

We just moved in five months ago, and the trees haven't been touched in 20+ years. Joshua and JP did an amazing job on the six BIG trees and out-of-control bush line alongside the house. Watching Joshua scramble around 50 feet in the air was something else. The trees actually look a lot healthier, and I got a big pile of firewood! Highly recommend!

Great jump by PDX Tree Service. Removed a very large Douglas Fir in a tight spot. Everything and everyone are all good. PDX came up on Chat GPT as one of the top companies for removing tall trees in tight spaces. I guess AI can be useful.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with PDX Tree Service. They were so prompt in coming out for a quote to remove a large pine tree in the corner of my backyard. They were able to get me on the books and provided clear and honest communication throughout the project. The crew's skill and efficiency in completing the job cannot be emphasized enough. The clean-up was incredible, leaving the yard better than they found it.

I got three bids to remove several dead cedar trees, and a neighbor wanted a large fir removed. Josiah showed up on time and spent the time we needed to understand the process. He addressed all our concerns about this precise crane assisted tree removal job that made the job quicker and safer with less impact. I chose PDX Tree Service (my neighbor did too) because of his experience and he was the only one that recommended a reasonably priced cable system on a larger section of my oak tree that if it broke off, would hit my neighbor’s house. Great value add. Sammy in the office was friendly in scheduling and the two climbers Jordan and Brig were very skilled. They left my property cleaner (see pic) than when they got there, which I was not expecting but pleasantly surprised. I’m very happy with the outcome. There are a bunch of tree companies in the area so researching skilled/insured companies is a lot of work and thus the reason I’m adding this positive review to save someone else the trouble of endless researching companies.

Amazing service and support from a housekeeping service over 2 decades in business.

I was extremely displeased with the service I received. If I could rate negative stars I would. I paid for a deep cleaning. I am selling my house and needed it to shine for prospective buyers. I put no money or time constraints on the service and said i'd willingly pay for as much time was needed. I said 6 hours as the home is larger, we have kids and both of us work fulltime. I knew it needed a lot.

The very basic things were not done. The coffee table wasn't wiped or moved to vacuum under it. The kitchen mat wasn't picked up to clean under. One of the toilets wasn't cleaned and the entire downstairs had visible dirt on the floors, i'm pretty sure it was completely skipped. I could go on and on.

I called to say how displeased I was and never received a follow up call. No attempt to make it right, offer an apology or god forbid , a refund.

Used Toria’s for a deep clean and left a list, it was well done.
At the beginning of this year I decided to go with a regular bi-weekly clean, Yes there has been a couple of problems but they have been dealt with quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to a friend :)

If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. I needed someone to come and help to clean a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment . I informed Toria that I had a new roommate and had switched rooms and that whoever came to clean needed to be willing and understand that it was a move so there was gonna be a lot of stuff. I made sure they were aware that this was not going to be a light job and wanted to make sure this was ok to which the owner informed me that it was.
It was an extensive cleaning job that was for 5 hours and I was more than happy to pay for what I thought to be a little bit of a higher rate. I was also looking to have her come back once per week.
The housekeeper Alysha after walking her through the house and giving her a run down called me after 4 hours of doing the absolute bare minimum and said she found a personal item and she was not comfortable making my bed and that she didn't know what to do. She didn't finish cleaning the bathroom, didn't finish or even start folding the laundry, and hadn't even started the living room or the trash.
When you are cleaning someones home you are going to find personal items and documents but a professional would have just went to the next task. However the problem was that she thought she was just gonna move a few things around and vacuum and was not prepared to have to actually do the work. I will never use this company again and would highly encourage against them.
To make matters worse I was unable to get ahold of Toria afterwards.

Truly pathetic.

I've used torias for the last 3-4 years off an on anytime we live in the pdx area and am surprised by the negative reviews. I've had very good experience with Torias satff. The one time the house cleaner was quite slow compared to my first lady who had moved away, they just switch me to someone new (sabrina) and she was great. I like that I can leave a list of tip prioroties for the 3 hrs max allotted and know I'll pay what I expect and not any more.

I have never used a housekeeping/house cleaning service until today. Very pleased with the manager Paula for clear communication, and with Toria's cleaning person, Sabrina, who attended to our move-out cleaning needs. Sabrina's pleasant and professional approach was reassuring. I have no complaints, would use Toria's Housekeeping again - I would ask for Sabrina.

I've been using Toria's for years. I appreciate the price, flexibility, and quality. You provide your own cleaning products, so you get to choose what products are being used in your home. Megan is really thorough and has been great to work with!
