I hired Valley Plumbing based on their ratings and am glad I did. They were friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. They gave me three quotes for work on my old leaky toilet (rebuild, replace with one they supply or one I provide). I ordered my own. I called them when it was delivered and the next they came and installed in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely call them again. Thank you very much.

I am thrilled with this company’s service. I called at 8 am with a major problem of clogged drains upon return from vacation (what did the house sitter do?) on a septic system. The guys showed up in less than an hour. They were very kind and professional men. They know their job well and tried to solve our problem in the most efficient and least costly way possible. I so appreciate their consideration and knowledge. What a great company to deal with in the midst of a homeowner's crisis.

I got up at 5am to find my water heater soaking my garage floor. I called just before 9am and spoke with Kailee who was absolutely delightful. We were able to diagnose my issue with a couple pictures. Just had my water heater replaced by Frankie and Damon, its 2pm same day!!! Frankie and Damon were as delightful as Kailee, they arrived within the expected window, called shortly before they arrived, worked quickly and cleaned up nice when they were done. 10/10 service from start to finish. THANK YOU!!!!!

Valley Plumbing NW were professional and polite from the start. They give an estimate that is the maximum of what the job might cost so there are no surprises except the bill being less than the estimate. I recommend them 100%. They replaced our water main as painlessly as possible and they stayed on schedule.

I can't say enough about these folks. I called on a Sunday; they were there almost all day Monday, working until late to replace our septic tank pump and get it all running. Great people, very reasonable prices. They gave me lots of insight into our system, and recommended electricians they knew. These folks are GOLD.

Could not be happier with the service and price! I got a few other quotes that came in at over 3x what Valley Plumbing quoted me. I called 8 places in total and was astonished in the lack of transparency, and BS sales tactics from these other companies.

I Paid an honest price for the job done. They were quick to respond, offered a ballpark quote over the phone, were punctual, and kept in contact every step of the way. From the receptionist to the guys who completed the job, everything was too notch.

I can’t say enough about the team at Valley Plumbing NW. Our sewer pump went out early this week and we panicked. Valley Plumbing was the quickest to respond and come out to investigate the problem. They were thorough, communicated all throughout the process, and made the fix later in the week when they got the new pump and parts. Everything works like a charm now and they didn’t gauge me on price like other service providers do. They were so friendly and respectful of my home too, which is a major plus!

We had a problem with our basement toilet and sewage ejector and I called many local plumbers and they were the only ones to respond when I called! Frankie and Vinny came to take a look and give us a quote earlier this week and they just finished replacing the sewage ejector today. Both were so friendly, knowledgeable and communicated what needed to be done and why as well as walked us through what they did once they were finished. I also really appreciate the communication with the company as far as when I first spoke to someone on the phone and then receiving email and text reminders. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

I initially hired Oregon Plumbing to add a gas line for my dryer. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. For those reasons, I have hired them for several more projects, including repiping my entire house, new waste line, new main water line, and new bathroom fixtures.

My 55 year old house needed the plumbing repiped. I got 5-6 bids & they were all pretty close. I chose the company that was the lowest bid, & after $10k of work done, I found out the repipe they did didn’t even address the area where there had been a clog in my kitchen/laundry drain lines due to there being a “belly” that dipped down & back up from a friend’s earlier installation & pipes just being old as well. When I realized that I still needed the drain lines done in order to avoid going through another 6 months & $20k in replacement & repairs from water damage, I contacted a few of the same plumbers again. They all raised their prices from the original bid for this part, except for Josh at Oregon Plumbing - & it had only been a few months!!. I was so grateful for that, & Josh did fantastic work. He replaced the drain lines in my small crawl space, fixing the belly area so that it was at the proper slant, & also cleaned up the pipes under the kitchen sink, capping the old vent line on the roof & installing an auto vent waste line in the cabinet. He got permits & had an inspector out pretty quickly, which some of the companies tried to circumvent. I appreciate that he installed a clean out spot at the washer area in case there’s any trouble down the road so I won’t have to cut into the wall. Josh is skilled, very knowledgeable, & comes in at a competitive price, especially for the craftsmanship you get with him. I’ll call on Josh again when I replace my water heater. Kelli who answers calls & texts is also pleasant & efficient at her job - you will not regret hiring this company!!
