I reached out to Josh about getting a full re-pipe and water service done for an old home. From the very beginning Josh was quick to respond and helpful in explaining what the job would entail. I met with a handful of other plumbers to discuss this job, all of which presented themselves more as salesmen - highlighting how quick they could get the job done and what corners they could cut to do it quicker. Josh was the only plumber who stressed that his focus was the quality of work. Josh's dedication to quality and customer service continued to be apparent through the rest of this project. He was punctual, communicative, and offered a very competitive bid. I would highly recommend Josh and Oregon Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Found a busted irrigation pipe in my backyard and couldn't find anyone to come out to cap it off. Called Oregon Plumbing LLC and Kelli got everything set up for an appointment next day. Josh came out during the ice storm, capped off the line and turned off all the sprinkler valves. I have a local plumber in town I usually use but now if I need anything I'll definately be calling Oregon Plumbing LLC!!! Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs! Friendly, knowledgable, fast and amazing service!

Amazing service! Kelli answered my call for help with a burst pipe and got in touch with Josh (the plumber) for an estimate and a timeline for repair. Josh was out and completely fixed my problem on the same day - this was on a day following an icing event when the whole metro area was dealing with pipe/plumbing issues.
You cannot ask for more courteous, friendly, effective, and efficient service than this!

We were recently impacted by the Portland storms, and I can't fully capture how amazing Kelli and Josh were during such a stressful time.

I was literally dealing with water flooding our kitchen and bathroom while texting Kelli, and she was very supportive through that stressful scenario along with discussing quotes and the work to get the pipes fixed.

Josh came out and took very thorough photos, hung onto the broken pipes so that the details could be sent/saved for insurance if needed, and was very thorough in his work and recommendations for next steps.

My experience with Oregon Plumbing was so wonderful that I jumped on Facebook after working with Josh just to tell my friends and family to go to them. From the moment that I first started chatting with them, up through finishing service, they consistently underpromised and overdelivered. I needed less work done than I thought and expected to need to pay a bunch of money I didn’t end up needing to pay after all. The TLDR: Oregon Plumbing is honest, fairly priced, with friendly service. What more could you ask for?

Josh and Kelli are wonderful to work with! Not only are they transparent and honest but they are dependable and consistent. I would HIGHLY recommend Oregon Plumbing and their good work to anyone looking. And I would fully trust them with full repipes, install water heaters, plumbing repairs, and really anything plumbing related...I know I am going to get good, honest work from Oregon Plumbing.

Oregon plumbing is my preferred plumbing company and the only plumbing company I will refer to friends, family, and clients. Josh is responsive, caring, and takes pride in his work. This past weekend I called Oregon Plumbing and they answered on a Saturday! We had a plumbing issue that was not an emergency but needed to get repaired in the near future. They were able to get to us by the following Monday, which was very impressive!

The plumber, I’m sorry to say I can’t remember his name, but he did a great job, was friendly and was in and out without leaving a mess behind. We are in good shape again.

If I could give you no stars I would. Had you replace a garage disposal. You charge us $790.00 for a 30 minute job. What a rip off.

Josh (Oregon Plumbing Services) did an excellent job with a re-pipe of our house including replacing the main water line. He did a thorough pre-inspection and brought up a couple things not mentioned by other contractors. His bid was competitive, so I went with his bid as I was confident that he understood the job, and his communication was very good. Josh did not disappoint, he started and completed on-time, and was very quality focused, and he helped solve issues that were not his responsibility. Also, I worked with him while I was out of state, and he made that as easy as possible with his flexibility and trustworthiness. I feel fortunate to come across his company and cannot recommend him enough.

By far one of, if not the, best contractor I’ve ever used. Oregon Plumbing is extremely knowledgeable, timely, and professional. We needed a big plumbing project done, and I wanted to ensure it was done right. With them, I never had to worry. They were always willing to answer my questions, and put my mind at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Oregon Plumbing LLC. I had a frozen pipe bust on Sunday afternoon and could not get plumbers to call me back, at least until I reached out to Oregon Plumbing. They were able to communicate with me over text to get my photos and an estimate set up, which was really helpful. Josh was out the very next morning right on time and extremely nice. Josh was able to get the job done in 45 mins and that was without tearing out a shelving unit we were expecting to have to have him remove. This saved us a lot of money from the estimated amount. Josh also took the time to show me where my valves were and ways to prevent this in the future. The customer service from the beginning phone call to the end when Josh left was first class. Oregon Plumbing did everything they could to make this horrible situation not so bad. They have all my future plumbing needs.

Oregon Plumbing was great to work with when we encountered an issue with the plumbing in our tub shower. Always punctual, clean, performed quality work, and took the time to answer all my questions. Completed the work on time and on budget. Josh even left me some parts and walked me how to replace the overflow on the tub while I had the wall opened up. Would recommend to anyone.

Fast and professional response, as well as very professional work. He also did the job in a way the resulted in a better appearance than I had originally imagined.

Josh and Felipe did an amazing job with a whole house repipe with PEX, 2 bathroom remodels and a water heater replacement. All the weird, sketchy things the previous owner did, they made right and better looking. Despite the obstacles of working with an older house, they rearranged plumbing and made things work exactly how I wanted it and I can’t be happier. Not only that, they did all of the work within the timeline they estimated and they actually clean up after themselves. They are quick to respond and were flexible with my schedule, highly recommend.

We had a difficult toilet install after a flooring change. Josh did a great job lowering the flange so the toilet would mount flush to the new floor. A difficult task involving altering the pipe in the crawl space. Very professional.
