Called them and they said they would call back. No return call ended up calling another plumber that came right away

Called on Saturday to fix a broken shower - at the time the water to our house was totally turned off and this was mentioned in the voicemail. We never got a call back.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. We have used them several times for our business plumbing needs and the staff is great. Quick service and decent prices.

I live in Tigard and needed a plumber for my parents in Newberg. I found these guys on the internet and called to schedule my parents an appointment. They were very friendly and did a great job for my parents. I would highly recommend their services.

Friendly, affordable and great work

Curt was very friendly, and very helpful.

I called a left a message on a Sunday needing some work done. I then called again 4 times Monday and another 2 times Tuesday and never got a call back. Bummer because I wanted to support local and I live right down the street.

Curt has helped us on a couple of rental properties. He does great work and was even willing to show us some plumbing tips while he was there.

Had a shower that needed to be converted from a three handle to one handle. After trying to get my job done with several other plumbers with no luck, I finally called Yore Place Plumbing. They got back to my request for work very quickly. The price I was quoted was less then I was quoted from other plumbing companies that would not even show up to do the work. Curtis showed up on time to do the job. He took the time to answer questions I had about the work. I highly recommend Yore Place Plumbing and will be calling them first for any future plumbing work that I may need.

We had a leaking hot water line in our crawl space, discovered by an A/C maintenance technician. My husband didn't think it would require a lot of work, but didn't have the time to figure out what pieces he would need to fix it. All the "major" plumbing places were booked out 5-12 days, and we were headed in vacation the next business day.

Curtis Leonard of Yore Place fit us in the same day, even offering to deliver the necessary part and explain how to do it ourselves to save money! Such a nice guy. I just had him do it for us (it was indeed a quick fix), and he said my husband could call him later with any questions. The other available plumber wanted to charge an extra $100 "crawl space fee", even though the crawl space is almost big enough to stand up (we live on a hill). Curtis charged us less than half of that quote. He will be my first call the next time we have any plumbing needs, emergency or otherwise!

I contacted Curt Saturday morning. We had two units in Newberg without water. City shut off the water because if a leak. Our emergency service called 15 other plumbers Friday afternoon and no one could come out, not even at double time. Curt said he would be there between 10-12 that day. He warned me he couldn’t guarantee he could repair the issue. He found the issue got, got the water working and all for $150! Thank you Curt. He will get more of my plumbing business.

Great Local Plumber! -- I meet Curt doing the remodel work on a Local Down town property. He does high quality work and can do much more than plumbing. If you need a solid plumber or local handyman he is the guy to call.

Nothing but great things to say about Curt with Yore Place! Plumbing. Super fast to respond and show up! Not only did he remove the clog in the drain quickly, but he provided me with the knowledge of parts to replace and how to avoid future issues like this. I needed an uncommon under-the-sink drain part which was only available at plumbing supply stores out of town. When calling Yore Place! Plumbing in Newberg, hoping they might have the part, I reached Curt who happened to be at a plumbing supply store. He said he didn't have the part in his inventory, but if I sent him a picture of it, he would get it while at the store and I could pick it up from him when he was back in town. What a very nice thing to do for a perfect stranger. Sure enough, he let me know when he was back in town, I picked up the part at Yore Place! Plumbing, and was good to go with replacing the part. If ever you have any plumbing issues, Curt at Yore Place! Plumbing should be the one to call.

Nathaniel and team did a great job on the shower portion of our work order. Great guys that explained everything along the way and very professional. Now after finishing up the job with the new toilet and shower fixtures, they did another great job. Alex even cleaned up the floor where he didn’t make any messes!!

After a trying weekend to align a "Restoration Crew" to clean out the crawl space for a plumber the following Monday.
Wasn't til late that Monday afternoon we contacted "Brass Monkey" (our 1st contact couldn't come out til next day).

Nathanial, came out within 1/2 hr. our call @ 4pm. He assessed the leakage and had the repair completed within the hour...

Alex and Elias were both very professional. The job was done in 3 hours, no problems. The experience was very pleasant. Just moved here 9 months ago, they are my forever plumbers.

After 3 very high recommendations from friends and neighbors, I called Brass Monkey Plumbing to help figure out, and provide a quote for, a long running problem with my kitchen sink and drain. Tristan arrived and diagnosed the problem immediately. We also discussed other plumbing needs that I have in the house. To my amazement, he diagnosed and offered quotes for those items as well. I was impressed with his honesty when part of the work on my most urgent need was not in the scope of what they do. He even referred me to the appropriate company. After that work was done, Tristan returned with Steve to complete the plumbing portion of the job. I was already very impressed with Tristan's knowledge and overall customer service. When he and Steve returned, they both displayed wonderful skills not only in plumbing, but also in kindness and respect. As a bonus, they left the work area as clean, if not cleaner, than when they arrived. I'm looking forward to scheduling more work with them!
