This is our second use of Brass Monky Plumbing and we are as impressed with the service this time as last.

Freddy was prompt, professional, and quite knowledgeable.

Our issue was resolved very quickly and he explained options that would help us avoid or slow down the cause

I talked with him about a couple other issues and with his input I decided to have some additional work done to shore up those issues

Scheduling was easy and they will be back this week to take care of the issues

Chris was absolutely amazing! I had been without hot water for 2 weeks, and he went above and beyond to make sure I would finally have hot water. He was kind, understanding, fast and efficient. Shout out to Alias, who stopped by to help get everything installed faster. Thank you to the boss man, who allowed Chris to work some ot to get the job done for me. You guys truly care about taking care of the customer. I would 1000% recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing work done!

Excellent work and customer service. The owner called back AFTER HOURS and triaged our need very professionally - he understood we didn’t need immediate work and therefore no need to pay for an ‘emergency’ call. The no-pressure conversation was refreshing. Scheduled the work for a few days later, and they called letting us know they had a slot open up sooner. Fredy was polite, professional, explained everything in straightforward terms, did EXCELLENT work, and cleaned-up after himself thoroughly. 100% recommend. Thanks BMP team!

Had Brass Monkey Plumbing out to fix a leaking valve. Chris was on time, friendly and efficient. He found the problem and gave some options for fixing it. Went with the first one of tightening the flow valve. Unfortunately I didn't have the correct choice so I had them send Chris again to replace the valve. Although he came out twice, it was because I thought just the easy fix would work. I appreciate the quick response and that Brass Monkey was there.

Brass Monkey sent out their tech Alex to address some water pressure issues in our kitchen sink. He arrived right at the beginning of our appointment window, asked questions and looked at our pipes and the sink itself and was able to figure out the problem and fix it in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the level of expertise and service. We'll be calling Brass Monkey again next time we need a plumber.

Even though I decided not to get the sewer hook up for my little trailer, Alex with Brass Monkey educated me about what it would take & made excellent suggestions. Alex was honest and punctual. I had Brass Monkey come in for a Washlet, install and updated an under kitchen counter reverse osmosis system.
All went well , but had some minor issues with the older model RI water tank. I was a bit stressed at an hissing sound from the RI unit. Nathaniel came back and perfected it. Works like a charm now and I’m loving the Washlet!!

Freddy came out to check on my plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave me different recommendations to get my issue resolved and let me decide which route I want to take with no pressure sales. He also noticed some other issues that I need to take care of in the future. Along with that he also gave me some plumbing tips and some info that I was unaware of until today’s visit. Chris did a fantastic job installing a new pressure reducing valve at our home. Great customer service and fair price. We also had a complementary diagnostic review completed of all of our water faucets in our home to ensure everything is working properly. This was a great service for peace of mind. I had new appliances delivered from a big-box store, and during setup I was told the dishwasher needed a new valve under the kitchen sink, so they refused to install it. I called Brass Monkey Plumbing to inspect and repair the issue. After thoroughly checking all the connections, they found nothing wrong at all. Chris from Brass Monkey came out to my home in Sherwood today to fix several things leaking under the sink. He took time to diagnose the problem and presented us with a number of options, depending on what specifically we wanted to fix or could afford. He completely replaced all of the piping, resealed areas that were leaking and did some other things to help with the dishwasher draining. He was extremely professional, confident and kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Very personable, talented guy. I would 100% recommend him and Brass Monkey! Thank you, Chris!

They came right out and were done with our new water heater install in less than 4 hours (including a quote and walk through). They were very professional and explained the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone! Bonus: they have great branding and swag, I love their vans/trucks!

I left a message requesting service outside of business hours. I promptly received a call back to confirm scope of work and schedule a tech to come out. The tech (Chris) contacted me this morning to notify me when he was on his way, earlier than expected which was great. He thoroughly inspected our situation, provided several options to resolve the issue and suggested future projects we should consider (our home is over 100 yrs old). Noticed a soft spot on my ceiling and knew it had to be our master shower that was leaking. Sure enough it was started to leak pretty bad down into our kitchen area. Was referred to Brass Monkey Plumbing and they have been fantastic!! Freddy and Chris came out a couple times (due to another contractor having to be involved) and even found a contractor to fix our fiberglass shower liner saving us $$$! They were extremely professional, friendly and awesome to work with. Did a wonderful job with the install and cleanup. Highly recommend if you need a plumber to call Brass monkey plumbing!
