The technician Chris, was down to earth and very easy to deal with. His work was done quickly and professionally. The only reason things not a 5 star review is becouse of the price of the work. I have had similar work done in the past for half the price. With that being said Chris told me the price before the work was started, and it was my decision to continue. So all and all the process felt professional and fair.

My daughter poured parafin wax down our toilet & it was completely clogged! I called Brass Monkey & they were able to accommodate me very quickly. Fredy was our technician and he was awesome!!! He was incredibly kind & informative and most importantly I did not feel the slightest bit uncomfortable having him in my home with me and my kids. They are priced fairly & I love that they wear booties on my carpet! :) Fredy even asked for a toilet brush to clean my toilet when he was done!! I will definitely always be using Brass Monkey for my future plumbing needs! Thank you Fredy & team!!

We had a drain issue and I called first thing in the morning. They arrived early afternoon. The service technician was so thorough explaining all the details. He had our drains working beautifully in a very short time! Excellent customer service!

Had a great experience with Mr Rooter when we noticed some drainage issues with our washer and sinks in the home. Called Mr Rooter and they were able to get us on their schedule quickly. Levi came out and was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and was able to assist with some slow drains. Even helped to educate us as well on best practices to maintain our plumbing. Appreciate the great service!

Very responsive and professional, have used Mr. Rooter multiple times. When you have a faucet about ready to fail, it is good to know these guys are available, called and they arrived next more, less than an hour to pull out the old and put in the new.

My technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the Flat fee pricing structure. He went over the pricing with me and it was all very clear. I never felt like I was being overcharged for something I didn’t need. If anything, he opted for the less expensive route, which was which was nice. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again.

My down spout drain accidentally got damaged, so I called Mr. Rooter to come out and fix the problem. A man by the name of Brett arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable as he took care of everything rather quickly. If you're looking for a company to get the job done with experienced employees look no further. Michelle was great and got my place on schedule very quickly both times I needed help, once with kitchen sink and another with gutter pipes. She was very helpful, she sent Brent out both times and he is very knowledgeable and willing to give you options to solve issues. Love the honesty of them both and had great experiences. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

Levi showed up in less than a hour. Quickly diagnosed the issue. Had the main drain unplugged in less than 15 minutes.

We recently had Mr. Rooter out because my visiting 9 year old cousin put something down the toilet drain that completely blocked it and we were planning to have the whole family over for the day. My business was going to go to whatever company could get to us soonest. Mr. Rooter's dispatch called back after 30 minutes to let me know that they'd be there in 30 minutes. I'm super pleased with Mr. Rooter's quick response time, fast arrival, and fast work. I knocked a star off because I felt like over $300 was expensive for 10 minutes of work to snake the toilet.

Miguel was exceptional. We had a terrible grease clog in our kitchen sink that completely stopped all water flow. We had tried a hydro jet, a 20 foot snake, a 50 foot snake and Drano (don't recommend the Drano...left the chemicals stuck in our pipes to work through). Miguel arrived about 2 hours after I called and was so patient. Not only did he clear out the clog (took a whole 75 foot snake!?!), but he explained everything and gave us a whole education with clear directions on how to take care of the situation going forward. Highly recommend.

We booked an appointment on the same day. Our technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and carried all the supplies needed on his vehicle. Even better, Mr. Rooter does not charge for coming out to give an estimate. I hate it when other companies charge $70.00 for an estimate, pledging to credit it back if you use their services. What if you decide it's too expensive and want to look elsewhere?

They came out the same day. Within the hour I called! They were very friendly and did an awesome job! I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

We are selling our home and we needed to have a plumber come to the house on short notice to install our new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Mr. Rooter, Newberg was able to send someone over right away. Gabe C. did an excellent job! He got to our house quickly, explained the cost of the project, and got to work right away.
