Scheduling was easy, they were timely. They had to come back twice for some surprise complexities of what I asked for but they explained what they were doing and saw the job through to completion at the original price even they they went way over on time. Felt like the treated me like a friend vs a revenue stream.

We had a wonderful experience with Nathaniel and his crew at Brass Monkey. They were friendly, quick and communicated well. They are local and family owned which we loved to support, especially when they are good at what they do. We will definitely use them again if any other plumbing needs arise.

Needed the flapper replaced on toilet. They quoted 2 options: 1) replace toilet for $1700 or 2) replace flapper & valve for $450. Unwilling to breakout labor vs materials. Bigtime gougers. Awful.

Update - Nathaniel(owner) called me, tried to reach him but got VM. The prices i reported are 100% accurate - this is what we were quoted. After they left i wentvto Ace HW Newberg, found a compatible flapper, installed it myself(1/2 hour $15) and the toilet is fixed.

Always a pleasure to work with this company. Fredy, Elias, and Steve always communicate when they're coming, arrive on time, keep you updated on the progress of the job and do excellent work. Highly recommend this company and crew!

I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Alias and Steve now a couple of times and they did a great job adding a pressure valve to our main water line. They were thorough and made sure to double check if all is well. I highly recommend them and the company. By the way the young lady who answers there calls is very nice and will take good care of you.

New to the area. I called Brass Monkey Plumbing and a person answered the phone, not a machine. I was very pleased with the customer service. I had Alex at the house on my schedule and he was very honest and did not try to price gouge me. The office made sure to keep in touch at all times. I scheduled the replacement of three toilets.
There was an issue with one of the toilets due the floor boards. They even gave me the name of a person to fix the issue.
I am very pleased and would recommend this company, very professional and the workmanship is excellent.

Nathaniel was fantastic to work with. He was thorough, kept me informed throughout the job, and charged fair prices. He replaced the plumbing in both of my shower/tub combos with new Delta valves and pex. The original plumbing from the 70’s was polished and left cleaner and stronger than it was before. He cleaned everything up before he left and left no garbage behind. I highly recommend Brass Monkey Plumbing.

I never write reviews, but Freddy was so helpful I thought we would give him a shout out. He went out of his way to investigate, gave my husband some pointers and told us what our next steps should be. We have had the worst time with rooter will use this company for our future needs. Freddy deserves a raise he did an excellent job.

Fredy came to troubleshoot the rattling noises we have been hearing for the past 2 years in our water plumbing. After a thorough inspection and checking all the faucets, valves and water pressure, he pinpointed the problem. Our old water heater was sending rattling noises throughout the whole house. So, we decided to replace this unit for peace of mind and to prevent any further damage to the house. Fredy who had been very professional, and very knowledgeable was able with the assistance of Chris to remove the old unit and install a new one in very little time. This is not the first time we had to rely on Brass Monkey help for plumbing help and we were once again very grateful and most appreciative for their know how. Chris showed up on time and was super friendly for the initial review. Once we determined I did need a new water heater he jumped on it and was able to come back same day to install. Him and Elias were back and installing in no time! They did a great job, answered all my questions and left the area clean when they went! Thanks for the hot water guys! 😁

The receptionist Alia was very proactive in getting me in on a cancellation and asking for photos and information in advance so the technician could come prepared with the parts needed. I couldn’t speak highly of this crew. I hired them to install an extremely complicated water filtration and reverse osmosis system for me. They went above and beyond with doing extra research to make sure it was done correctly. They even brought extra water and bleach to provide the first supply of chlorine injection. I did not expect them to do that but was extremely grateful they did. I haven’t had this good of an experience with any company, but especially contractors. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any work done. It will be done the right way the first time. Thank you!
