Purely a great company, every quality I look for in a service and installation company I witnessed. From my call for service, to the itemization of the work to done, everyone listened! Seems so rare in company’s anymore. Shane came out showed us what our options were, and after it was explained to us we made our decision. We signed the estimate for service. Shane was on time, contacted us prior to arrival. He gave us a tutorial afterwards showing us how to hook the generator for it to power the house small appliances. We later asked him back and made a video for us to refresh our memories. We are covered in case of another! Thanks WSE

We had service at our Evergreen Ave home in July . Had several floodlights put on our garage to light the back yard for our new doggy.. Dave was very professional and asked me how I wanted it..He had it cover the whole yard. We are always satisfied with your company's technicians and their work.

We had an excellent experience working with WSEC. They show up when they say they will and do professional work in a timely manner. They were able to add overhead lighting in two rooms and the change is amazing. They also did work in the kitchen and bathroom that we remodelled. Dave and Joey were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them and will call them for any future electrical work we need.

We hired Western Electric to replace an old electrical panel and upgrade some of the wiring in our house in Eugene. Joe and Jeremy were friendly courteous professionals and knowledgeable. They had the job completed and the power turned back on before dark. We really enjoyed working with them and will call on them in the future when we need electrical help.

Western States was such a positive experience from the initial phone call to the service call! Keeley was refreshingly outgoing and so kind on the phone; we called a couple companies and never got a call back but states answered the first time and got our job time in a timely manner. Rick and his apprentice were extremely professional and productive but also so relatable and answered all of our questions without any hesitation. We are new homeowners and had no idea how any of this works but everyone was extremely pleasant and patient with us. 10/10 recommend!

Western States Electrical Construction Inc did an excellent job in getting electricity restored in the apartment my husband and I live in. Two days after an ice storm took out our power for 51 hours in Depoe Bay, half of the electrical outlets were without power. Dave and his apprentice Jake were extremely efficient, thorough, friendly and answered any questions I had in a kind and professional manner. I highly recommend them for addressing any electrical issues in your residence.

They were all friendly and professional. I feel that Western States does want and appreciate my business. Upon installation of a power pole owned by me for my mobile home that was damaged in a wind storm I was highly pleased with the quality of work. The installation was measurably better than a local company that had done the same work four years ago. Both of the technicians were highly skilled and considerate of my concerns. Based on the work done for me I would highly recommend Western States.

Originally called them to do some repair work listed on the home inspection report for the 70 year old house we had moved in to. They were so helpful and responsive. Subsequently we have had them replace and install light fixtures inside and out, fixing outlets that didn't work, changed out switches and added outlets. Every one of the electricians has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend this company!

On October 6, 2025 we had David and Zach come out to repair our motion detector lights, problem with power going off, add a new ground fault outlet, and repair ceiling fan. They both did excellent work and are highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

We had Alex come to our Roads End House on July 3, 2024 to install a motion detector flood light, inside dimmer switch, and to troubleshoot our bathroom fan that was not working. We thought that the combination bathroom fan and light would have to be replaced but Alex used his problem solving skills to repair the fan and now it works as good as new. Alex has excellent problem solving skills and people skills. We have continued to use Western States Electrical for many years because of the quality of of electricians and the head office always answers the phone so we can setup an appointment.

These are our go to electricians. Great customer service. Skilled crew.
