Kevin, Steve, Dustin, and Gavin were all great and very professional. They helped us find the best deal and financing. Then they got the unit installed quickly and efficiently. I am happy with my new heat pump and furnace. My house is so much more comfortable now.

After a couple of months working with the good sale person, signed a contract to purchase a top of the line fireplace insert. Our house is an older home and an old fireplace that was well built. Worked with the gas company to have a line installed and the day of installation they sent the best they had to start the project. After a few hours and a ton of head scratching the installer said he needed to talk to the boss about the complex installation.
A couple of hours later I received a call from the boss saying that Airrow Heating would not be able to install the fireplace insert and that they were going to walk away from the sale and project.
I was shocked and offered to call in experts, contractors, anything that would help them install what we wanted. The boss said, sorry but our field expert says it can't be done.
I immediately called the other local heating and sheet metal company (GG) to come and take a look. A few days later their sales person arrived, they sell the exact same unit, and we began the process. Order was place, gas line was completed, fireplace insert was installed.
The issue I have with Airrow is simple. No one came to look beside the sales person who said, sure no issue and the tech, who said no way. Boss never came to look. Owners never said sorry. Sales person was not at fault. If your install is a little complicated, call the other folks who have been in business for 30+ years. This place is either too busy to be bothered or under qualified to install complex high end equipment.
I'm very happy I went with someone else.

Edit: You can see by the owner's reply, they admit that a little further investigation was required and THEY chose it was better to walk away than take a closer look.
Also note that they replied to my post within an hour. So obviously a negative review is more important. Sorry, but you and your company missed the point and I will continue to tell my friends and neighbors who they should use for their heating and cooling needs.

Great experience all around. Dave the salesman was very knowledgeable with the history and specifics of ductless HVAC systems. He also provided 4 options on installations for our home.
Riley, in the office, kept me informed on the delivery status of our equipment -which has been challenging for Airrow with manufacturer delays; and, when our equipment failed to arrive in time with our installation date she negotiated a very favorable upgrade on a larger compressor unit they had on hand.
The installation guys, Weston, Sam and Steve were on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and patient with me hanging around the worksite asking questions about the system. Edgar, the electrical subcontractor, was equally qualified and accommodating.
I've been very happy with the way they provided a very professional and pleasant experience with this upgrade in our HVAC system, and especially appreciated how they provided the interface with our Power Company rebate, dealt with equipment availability issues, and -in one day long day, completed a clean and sharp looking installation!

As always, my experience with Arrow Heating was one of relief and gratitude. I had a Heat Pump System installed. Steve, Josh and James were knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, careful, clean, funny and personable but most importantly~ competent! It seems very few contractors or specialists care about their work or the manner in which they perform their work. These men were fabulous. Arrow Heating, in general, is a great company. Love the guys!

Airrow went above and beyond! Issues arose when installing a new heat pump and the techs worked to get the necessary part delivered from Tacoma same day. They further repaired drywall and molding without additional charge when it became apparent that the new unit was larger than the old. The 3 techs who were in and out between our home and the yard were always kind, friendly, booted, and exhibnited a sincere desire to make things right, do the best job possible, and have us up and running. And Riley, the office manager, is consistently friendly, helpful and follows through. I cannot recommend Airrow enough!

Just got a heat pump replaced. Airrow impressed from the original call, the communication regarding the bid and options, to the installation. Everything went smoothly, clearly, and comfortably. Highly recommend.

Jeff was here at our house in Roads End, yesterday Sept 25. He did maintenance on our Gas Furnace and our Gas Fireplace. We have owned this home for over 30 years. Jeff is the best technician to ever service those appliances. He is extremely thorough and did a wonderful job of adjusting our Gas Fireplace to make it more real and esthetic including adding some more rocks that burn like embers and adjusted the 3 stage flames. I would highly recommend Airrow Heating based on the service from Jeff.

When our heater went down I called and spoke to very pleasant woman. She was able to provide a service tech the same day. Josh was respectful and courteous. The follow up visit by Josh and Kevin was much appreciated and helped us determine our need for a new furnace. We purchased a new furnace that was installed today. The guys that worked today were quick and efficient ( sorry I failed to remember their names. After the the install Phil and another service tech provided the commissioning as well as walking me through operational instruction. In all I had 7 people from Airrow that helped us through the process. Each was professional, courteous and very helpful. They are no doubt our heating company going forward. I would and will recommend them to anyone. Thanks Airrow team, job well done from start to finish.

Wesley from Airrow installed our mini-split heat pump system this morning. He, along with the subcontracted electrician did a professional job and exceeded out expectations for the install.

As with all good trades, they cleaned up and spent time explaining the features as well as how to work the remote control for the system and maintain the filters.

This is our second experience with Airrow. They installed our tankless water heater a couple of years ago with the same professional service.

I highly recommend them.

The service and professionalism from the first visit with Dave to the day of the install with Wesley and Jaden has been outstanding.
The electricians, Mark and Mike, with All Electric Service were great as well.
The entire job went just as described. We look forward to enjoying our new ductless heat/air system.

The company was great, the service was fast and it didn’t take long to get that all figured out. My problem is with the unit itself. The sales guy sold us on it, we bought one that is made for more square footage than our small house(1100 square feet.) We were told it would work for our house no problem. But the problem is that the unit cools our living room and dining room pretty well but doesn’t reach our hallway or bedrooms AT ALL. Example: today we set it to 64, our house was at 74 and our bedroom was at 91. And that was with two extra fans we set up throughout the house to help guide the cold air down that way. The wall he advised we put it on was clearly a mistake as it doesn’t even cool half of our small house. I would have never purchased something so expensive if I knew that it wouldn’t reach the parts we needed it to the most. I’m also scared for this winter when we need the heat to reach and it most likely won’t. It was a huge mistake for us to purchase the unit at all. I wish the salesman would have been more upfront about some of that stuff so we would know what to expect.

Horrible customer service!!! It took almost 2 months to get our furnace fixed. 3 visits and they couldn’t diagnose the problem, ended up putting in a new furnace, which didn’t work when we arrived (vacation home, we’re not here full time). After they came back to fix the brand new furnace, we called back because their installers left greasy hand prints on our walls and also drilled a hole through the wall into our family room, when we complained about it, we were told they are “not a sheet rock company” and we would have to fix it, in return they would give us a “free” tune up in 6 months. I don’t need a tune up on a brand new furnace, I need someone that will fix what they did wrong, I don’t need to start finding a sheet rock company on my time to come fix their problem.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

My mother recently had a new ductless heating system installed. We couldn't be more pleased with the stellar service and professionalism we encountered on every level, from Riley in the office to Dave the sales rep to the the very capable and conscientious installation team. Not only did they flawlessly complete the installation, they patiently and kindly answered all of our many questions. They went the extra mile for us by cleaning out and hauling away all the debris and damaged flex tubing and insulation left under the house by a previous contractor. If you're considering a new heating and cooling system, save yourself a lot of time and effort and put your trust in Airrow to take care of you. You won't be sorry, they're the best!

We obtained several quotes in our quest for installation of a heat pump and two 'mini-splits' to heat our 2-story home here in Newport. After comparing our quoted price and the online reviews on several companies quotes we went with Airrow Heating. Questions were answered along the way and an additional trip out to our house was made by Dave English to ensure everything was in order on the day of installation. Two Airrow employees along with two electricians showed up promptly at our scheduled time. "Professional and courteous with attention to detail" is how I'd best describe the service. Curtis went through the operation and orientation on the units and took time to discuss what settings would be most optimal. All documentation was left with us to review. We really appreciated them meticulously cleaning up the job-site afterwards. 5 Stars !!!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Airrow Heating. From start to finish... Dave, Riley, and Curtis... every member of the team was kind, thorough, helpful, and professional. They switched out our old ducted electric furnace for a two-zone ductless heat pump. We are very pleased with the efficient and professional installation, and the function is quite superior to our old system. I highly recommend Airrow Heating. These are great people, from the salesman and office staff to the installers. We are very pleased with our entire experience with the Airrow team. Costs were competitive and the equipment (A/C and furnace) is working great from the first day. The installers were great guys. I can't give enough superlatives for their work ... and plus, they're really nice people.

What an excellent experience with Kenny and Wesley. They were considerate of our carpet and doorways, worked diligently the whole day, solved design problems and completed a successful installation. We would recommend them to anyone who is considering a furnace install. We talked afterwards about other issues and they were insightful as well about those. Five stars.

Called with a heating emergency in our warehouse. The wonderful folks at Airrow H&SM squeezed us in and within an hour of arriving we got heat back! After suffering for a very cold week with another company giving us bad service we called Airrow. They really warmed our hearts...lol. Thanks team!!

6-04-2025. Airrow Heating service call for my Mitsubishi ductless heat pump. I’m very judicious in handing out accolades for service and technicians; but Aairrow’s young technician, Parker warrants it. He did the most thorough, detailed cleaning, restoration of my unit since I’ve owned it. Hope Airrow commends him and keeps him employed. 100% experience!

We were very happy with our experience with all the staff at Arrow starting with the salesman thru the installation experience and finishing with the office staff making the final payment. The installation personnel were very knowledgeable at adapting and overcoming a few of our house layout challenges. Curtis and Parker were very pleasant during the installation.
