Curtis & Wesley installed our new Bosch heat pump and air handler today. They did a very good, professional looking job. Curtis went through the operation of the unit with me, as well as preventive maintenance items to keep up on before they left. They left no mess, arrived when they said they would, (after we had to change days,) but it was something out of their control. They are fabricating a new cover for the air handler at their shop and coming back to install it. It is nice to have a cool house now! I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.

My furnace quit working. I called Airrow Heating. They were very nice on the phone and were able to schedule a service tech appointment in two days.

Today, Dylan, my tech arrived on time and was extremely competent and helpful. He solved my problem within a short time and my furnace is running smoothly and all's right with the world. The service charge was just what they quoted me and I could not be happier with the service.

the service was excellent, responsive, and professional. The new furnace was installed on the day scheduled and within the timeframe estimated. the cost was very competitive and thorough in the bid. When we had a small issue about the furnace shutting on and off, Steve, your representative came out, sooner than anticipated, and texted before he came. He then spent a significant time diagnosing the issue, and ended up replacing the flu/exhaust pipe which corrected the issue, all at no expense! I would highly recommend Airrow Heating to my neighbors and others.
