You’ll be on a first name basis with this carpenter and surely impressed by his performance in your job. He has done a beautiful job with two separate remodels in our home and also bent over backwards to help us when a freeze impacted our plumbing. He proactively communicates, shows up on time and as promised, and makes sure to do things right. Cleaver’s Carpentry will deliver for you and is highly recommended. I was very grateful and fortunate I got referred to Patrick Cleaver from Cleaver's Carpentry. Finding a good contractor is so hard, especially on the OR coast. Patrick was professional and was a good communicator. Most importantly he does what he says he is going to do. The price was fair and the workmanship was top notch. Patrick did our entire interior remodel including floors, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, doors, paint etc. Very happy and would unquestionably hire again. You can't go wrong with Patrick as your contractor.
