I came across Redland Construction while searching for a contractor to do some repairs on my home. Initially, I was impressed to see a local company with two young entrepreneurs just starting out and decided to give them a try. I called and scheduled an appointment with one of the owners for an on- site estimate. The day came and he did not show up or even call to cancel. Thinking he may have had an emergency; I called and left a message to re-schedule…No return call! I would not consider using them in the future.
Good to work with on three construction projects. Only issue is communication with the Boss and his workers as to what to do and when. I would highly recommend them . They stand behind there work if any issues come up after the work is done.
In the spring of 2024 we hired Redland Construction for the first time to replace our wood decking with composite, replace the railing, add stairs and add a roof over the new deck. The whole process from the initial consultation, to the quote and approval to start date was communicated very well and completed in a very timely manner. We hired them again in 2025 to replace our front porch railing. Luke, Josh and their crew are outstanding! Luke was very transparent, addressed any concerns and gave sound suggestions throughout the project. We highly recommend Redland Construction.
