The electrician, Devon, was polite, personal, and professional. He did the job quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the job, and I would definitely use them again.

I recently hired Electric Norm to address some outdated wiring and switches in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional.
Jesse and Manuel, two of their electricians, meticulously assessed the situation, took time to explain the necessary repairs and upgrades needed.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We needed a big project done in our garage to operate a small shop/lab out of. Devon came out to give us a quote and did a fantastic job at seeing our vision and running with it. He made suggestions that hadn't even dawned on us. The work was done well and on time. We're thrilled with the attention to detail and creativity the Electric Norm crew have. (They even kept in mind aesthetics like symmetry, etc.) It's clear they take pride in their work.

Devon was great to work with. It was a small job that got as much attention to detail as a full panel replacement. Getting it right the first time was definitely the plan and customer safety. Thanks so much for the great service.

I am so happy with this company and their service! They’ve arrived on time and even forgave a day when I had to run to work. They fixed a long time problem we had when the city forgot to send out an inspector for six years. I will be using them from here on for all of my electrical maintenance work.

Everyone at Electric Norm was a delight to work with. I had a dead water heater that needed electrical updating before it could be replaced. Karen went out of her way to get a team out to analyze the situation (running a new line from our garage under the house to the hot water heater in the crawl space) quickly. They made a plan and Devon and Sanfur got it taken care of in a couple of hours. I like that the quote is for the project and not per hour. They are going to get it done appropriately, to code with permits and if that takes all day, that's what it takes. I don't like getting surprises at the end of a project and Electric Norm delivers on all fronts!

I called Electric Norm because I needed help with my new dryer that needed a new outlet and wiring to my fuse box. not only was the lady on the phone so kind and was trying to get me in as soon as possible but they put me on a cancellation list and got me in the same day! The two gentleman that came to my home were knowledgeable and thorough. Not to mention their prices were lower than 5 other companies I called before them to get a quote. I am keeping their number for sure!

Devon installed new smoke alarms and smoke/CO2 alarms. He's very efficient and friendly. The day before, on the phone, he talked me through stopping the chirping when the battery needed to be replaced and he described how I could install a new battery and reset the alarm.
Devon installed a wall oven and under cabinet lights. Installed a 240 box for hard wiring a wall oven. Completely excellent experience. A few months ago they installed a new motion sensor light, installed new LED fixtures for a stairwell light and installed a ceiling fan as well as explaining what I needed to buy for these installations.

Devon was very professional and did great work. He was efficient and respectful of our house and my elderly mother. He wore his mask throughout the entire visit, used shoe covers, and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed and appreciated his thoughtfulness. I thought the cost of the visit was fair and have been happy with the work. Scheduling was very easy, quick to respond and get service completed.

I had Manny and Dean from Electric Norm do a huge light install job on my house. Over 44 lights, and 20 switches. They did a high quality job on everything. Really nice people to work with as well.

This visit was a follow up but it was handled like their previous one professionally and with attention to detail. These guys are just the best and if we have work in the future they’ll be our first choice.

Electric Norm was very responsive when I contacted them. I had an electrical issue I couldn't fix myself. I did not appreciate that the service call would cost $149 if I did not agree to have them do the job, but I agreed to it anyway. The two electricians (one named Devon) that showed up seemed competent and focused. They quoted me $575 to spend enough time to solve the issue. This was a different approach then the previous electricians I called that quoted me $300 for the first hour, $150 each hour afterwards. Since I had no idea how long it would take to fix, I couldn't really compare pricing, so I agreed to the $575. The two electricians spent the time and found the issue, then corrected it, in about 2.5 hours. I was very happy with the job they did.

Devon was knowledgeable and friendly, and thank you Electric Norm for the same day service! It was also educational for me. There are different ways to ground a house, unfortunately the house inspector hired by the buyers of my home was not aware of how my house was grounded (neither was I), necessitating a last-minute service call, but alas, no service needed!

We have worked now with Devon from Electric Norm twice--once when we first purchased our home 18 months ago to replace a lot of knob and tube electrical wiring. It was a big job, but he did great -- very conscientious and communicative. We just had him come out to look at some possible projects for the future and install our new ring doorbell as the wiring was problematic. We were just as pleased this time as the last--we highly recommend them.

Called on Monday, Manuel showed up on Tuesday, and provided estimate AND was running ahead of schedule to do the job! The front office was super friendly, and both Manuel and his help were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Will recommend to anyone looking for work.

Great service! Electric Norm will always be our first call when we need work done! Devin and his assistant were super efficient, helpful and educated us in our best options with recessed lighting types and placement. They also had a recommendations for some patch work that needs to be done because we removed a light. Highly recommend!

Devon was great! Came to the house, looked over the job ask and provided an estimate upfront. After ok’ing estimate - got job done within 1-2hrs. Final bill was about $200 under estimate. He also hung a doorway chandelier but we didn’t have bulbs for the chandelier (whoops). So, once we bought bulbs, Devon came back later in the day to install the bulbs because it was a 16ft ceiling. It was an overall great experience and Devon was top notch and super friendly. Will absolutely use for any future electrical needs.
