We always look for reviews before we pick a company to work with. We chose Parkin Electric to put our generator in and it's been an interesting adventure. Parts are so back ordered that we are going on our 2nd year of getting everything we needed ... from a propane tank and a generator to a transfer switch. Parkin has been by my side the whole time, advising and calming down my husband who was getting more frustrated by the day. Today is the day we fire off our new generator and we're so excited at the thought of never having to sit through another ice storm without heat. The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful and and our project manager, Tammy, Is amazing. Tammy even came out to work on our project at 1 point when they were short of help. They deserve a 10 but the scale only goes to 5.

Many thanks to Parkin Electic for their help wiring a water pump for our water feature and helping us safely address and remove some DIY outdoor wiring that was done by the previous owners of our home. I very much appreciate their quick, professional and knowledgeable service!

Jason was the electrician that came out to our business and he was so nice! He noted the issues and services that were recommended and took time to explain the issue 3 different times with out complaint. He was awesome. My wife and I have been so happy with our experience front to back with Parkin Electric. From the moment we called to book an estimate till now (just before city inspector check off) it has been incredibly friendly people that genuinely sounded intent on doing everything they could to help. I’ve had opportunities to talk to admin over the phone (Amanda and I forget the other name my apology) and you could tell there was a smile on the other side of the phone. Mike was knowledgeable and willing to talk through our requests of work as well as very friendly. Jason (and job partner [insert name]) called ahead of arrival to inform us of a traffic delay. Then proceeded to answer any questions we had while being, again, genuine friendly and courteous. All work was done professionally, clean, and prompt. I’m a home inspector and was very pleased with everything I’ve seen. No one wants to spend money on filling their gas tank, nor does anyone look forward to spending money on electrical repairs, but the costs, coupled with the work and overall experience made us believers in Parkin. Ive chosen Parkin Electric to rewire the house. They are extremely knowledgeable and very very patient. They’ve come out at least five times because we are also adding a garage. We’ve asked them for maybe five different bids for different stages. They have smart women electricians as well. I love the diversity. They are completely honest and don’t just go for the dollar. They want you to be happy 100% no matter if they make money off of it or not and that’s why I chose them. Extremely honest and ethical. If you ever need a really good Electrician , these guys are top notch.!

Randa was on time and so knowledgeable about the job I wanted done. She was efficient, got right to work and did a beautiful job. I was so pleased with the outcome and excited to learn a new feature about my fans that I didn’t know until she showed it to me (the light cover drops and tilts for cleaning🤓😆). Very cool! Need to give a shout out to Dave at Multiphase Electric.

This morning while getting ready for work my lights went super nova and got really bright and started popping and smelled burning coming from somewhere. Evacuated me and my son and flipped my breaker. Called PGE to come out and then started calling electricians. I would consider this an emergency and told my story of what happened. After 4 calls of people telling me no and no openings for 2-3 weeks I finally called Multiphase. Talked to Dave who made sure I was safe and then gave me his cell number to text pictures and video of my breaker box. Long story short PGE found the issue and repaired it. Bad part is I'm afraid to turn on the breaker. Dave said he would make the time and was there in 30 minutes to make sure my house was safe.

I cannot thank them enough! He was professional and kind and made sure everything in my house was in working order. He educated me about what happened and truly cared! I know it's Friday and they were busy but wow! He believed me and knew it was a big deal and came to my rescue. Appliances can be replaced but my loved ones cannot. Thank you Dave for going the extra.

I recently needed residential electrical service and contacted 5 local electricians. Rates ranged from medium to outrageous. One response only did commercial work but recommended Multi-phase Electric in Oregon City. Their rates were very reasonable but must important they arrived on time and completed the work very quickly and professionally. Stephen was pleasant to work with and had very good suggestions when more of my parts were needed ( I supplied the parts and they the labor) . I would rate them at 5+.

We needed previous faulty work reviewed. Multiphase gave 3 options, all competitive. We opted for panel replacement. They communicated throughout the process and final invoice was just about the bid. The workers installing the panel did leave a bit of a mess with drywall about the house, but they did try to clean it. I cleaned to my standards after they left.

Work passed inspection with city inspector commenting it was done well. Will definitely use them again.

Multiphase Electric was absolutely wonderful to deal with right from the start. Friendly office staff that answered questions and then called back promptly to then Stephen their electrician showing up on time and going above and beyond all the while being courteous and knowledgeable. I thought the pricing was fair and paying my bill was simple. I highly recommend Multiphase Electric.

Multiphase was referred to me by another electrician I had used before. They gave them high marks, and I agree. I was really scared to use the electricity in my kitchen after an incident, and needed someone to check it out quickly. Multiphase was on time, and addressed the issue in my home that I had called about right away. The service technician was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I will call Multiphase again!

Really happy with these guys. We did a complete rewiring of the whole house and New panel. Leti is awesome running the office. Very responsive. Vitaliy, John and all the other Electricians were fantastic. They are pros! Highly recommend this company.

Phil and Ryan did a great job with the small work I needed. They knew exactly right away what to do when I needed a hardwired appliance disconnected and the cord made into an outlet. Solid work and completed quickly the same day.

My electricians figured out and fixed the problem very quickly. They were done within half an hour.

The only thing I would have appreciated was if they had explained the fix without having me ask. However, once I asked, they explained how the problem happened and the fix.

They were very kind and efficient. I appreciated their work and would definitely recommend Electric Norm.
