We had a new hot tub that had been partially installed, but the person who ran the wiring was unsure about some of it and recommended we have an electrician come finish it. I'm glad we did because John at PacNW Electric was outstanding. He has been doing this for many years and shared a ton of useful advice with us. He corrected code violations, let us know that our electrical panel is a type that was recalled decades ago and should be replaced (I confirmed this on Google), and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. We were in a bind trying to get this tub installed because seemingly every electrician in the area has been booked solid, but John was able to squeeze us in before another job and the final cost was a bargain. I wish everybody I dealt with provided this level of expertise and quality customer service. As far as I'm concerned, PNW Electric is my new electrician for anything we need done. They'll be who I call to replace my panel next year.

I really can't tell you how very grateful I am for the safety of my family. There was a potential fire hazard with my recessed lighting. John came out and took care of it quickly. This company cares about it's customers, and does great work. Knowledgeable and professiona. When we need electrical work, we will call them again.

Last year this time we were dealing with the big freeze. We lost power for over a week and survived on a small Honda generator. We decided to get a whole house generator so we would never have to go through that again. We had several companies bid the work and all of them priced themselves out of getting the job. I understand supply and demand, however pricing double what it should be priced is absurd.
I kept calling around and John from Pacific Northwest Electric was the answer. He disagrees with the big companies that overcharge for work. He quoted me for the install only. The catch…I had to order the generator and purchase the battery. Simple enough? I ordered a generator twice at Lowes to have it cancelled and then from Norwall Power Systems. It was delivered within 6 weeks.
John supplied names for the plumbing companies and a landscaper to dig the trench for the gas line. All I had to do is make a few calls and coordinate the jobs to be completed before install day.
All in all, we installed a 24K Generac Generator with two transfer switch panels for less than half of what the big electrically companies are charging now.
I recommend Pacific Northwest Electric.

John and his crew were amazing, we had our electrical service updated to 200 amps, they installed a new service and panel, we also chose to add a Generac genertor which has been such a blessing since we loose power regularly, We saved over $10,000. over other electricians in the area.

Husband and i asked for a bit more work that we had scheduled with them and the without heisting they did the extra work.
