I can't say enough about the professionalism of Pacific Northwest Electric. I am a kitchen and bath designer and have experience with electricians that contractors I worked with use. John responded to my inquiry the same day and worked me into his very busy schedule to deal with my washer outlet that was not working. In addition to problem solving that issue, John also addressed major issues with my 40 year old electrical panel. What I really appreciated was the time spent showing me the problems and talking me through them, presenting several options for me. I learned about maintaining my electrical panel and the timeline I need to plan for replacement in a few years.
