Master electrician everything by the book customer is top priority he won’t cut any corners , very transparent let’s customers know of the latest safes technology out in market. a sparky worth carrying all ur electrical needs.

I highly recommend John R. and Pacific NW Power Electric for generator installation. John walked me through every step he was going to take and every step I needed to take to save substantial money on installation and equipment costs. He even provided me with phone numbers to call for recommended natural gas contractors, the appropriate NW Natural gas department, and City inspectors to make it all happen. When wrinkles appeared in the timing he worked directly with the contractor and even helped with additional discounts and went well out of the way to accommodate timing constraints I had. Being a master electrician and private electrical inspector, he also checked my existing breaker panel installation for adherence to code, and was on hand when my usual electrician came out to correct a problem he identified. Five stars for installation quality and customer service!

Re-wired my 50 year old home, and my chicken coop. Prices were very reasonable compared to the other quotes I got from elsewhere. Will definitely be using them again!

Had power outage last night. Shut off main breaker to prevent power surge when restored. Could not reset the main. After 6 calls to others closed or could not respond, John came out and saved us. Reasonable price for emergency response on the weekend. Next time, will call on him first!!

John arrived on time. Hunter arrived shortly thereafter. The job was completed in 40 minutes and seemed to completely fix the electrical problem we were having. Both men were very friendly & professional. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Pacific Northwest Electric. Master Electrician John and his journeyman partner (whose name I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten!) installed a new dimmer switch and vanity light in our bathroom, replaced a closet light fixture, and even noticed that the closet light switch was on its way out and proactively replaced it for us.

They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure each fixture was installed and working perfectly before they left. They were professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and genuinely pleasant to have in our home. It’s such a relief to find an electrical team you can trust — we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them.

John installed a new EV charger in my garage. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and communicated well. He was quick and thorough, and professional in his installation. Pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend this company. Will use in the future for sure.

What a wonderful experience. From scheduling my appointment with the woman who answered the phone who was kind, understanding and gave me an honest bid to the electrician that came to my home. Bethany came to my home today to fix an outside plug that didnt work. Not only did she figure out the issue, fix it and install a second outlet outside for me in less than an hour, but she was also very polite, friendly, and offered advice when I asked about other issues. Hands down a way better experience than I expected. Any electrical issues I will be calling them back and will be recommending them to anyone who needs help. Thank you for making my life a little more comfortable.
