I've used Jenny's Carpet Cleaning for years. It's a really effective and safe method for cleaning, I've always been happy with the results, including removal of difficult stains.

Jenny does a great job. I have used her for a difficult rental property and it turned out great. The dry process is far preferable for my needs - in Oregon the wet cleaning can take a long time to dry and begin to smell. Highly recommend her and her team.

Not only does she make the carpets incredible clean, there is no moisture to contend with when she is finished. We have used her twice to clean our two vacation rentals and will be using her again. Because she does not use soap, which is never competely removed, the carpets stay cleaner longer.

Jenny is amazing! Not only is she a super rad person, but she is fantastic at cleaning carpets! She doesn't use a water method that leaves your carpet wet and gross again within weeks. I couldn't be more pleased with Jenny's Carpet Cleaning! Two puppies and six people can cause a lot of wear and tear and the carpets look and smell fantastic! We have used Jenny for our carpets for several years. we have 4 kids and a dog so we are hard on our carpets. Jennys always does a great job and the carpets come out very clean and that kids/dog odor is gone (at least for a couple weeks). We have her crew come out at least 2 times a year sometimes 4 times and that seems like a good pace for us.

Jenny has cleaned my carpets for many years. Her service is meticulous and the dry system gets the carpets smelling and looking much cleaner and brighter. She even cleaned the carpet after a water leak in the refrigerator left part of the carpet drenched. I refer others to her because she is honest, ethical, and reasonably priced.

Fantastic service! They cleaned our area rugs at their facility and cleaned our carpets when they brought them back. Both processes were fast. Great communication before, during and after. They are knowledgable, wore booties inside my home, took time to explain the process. They were on-time and efficient. Stubborn pet stains and dirt spots got out and besides normal wear spots from traffic that can't be helped, our carpets look and feel great!
