This was our first time having our carpets professionally cleaned. We have two dogs and usually self-clean the carpets but due to an injury the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in two years and the house started getting a dog smell and it was clearly the carpets.

Bryson was amazing and I can’t complement his customer service and professional cleaning job enough. He was friendly, on-time and super efficient. The carpets were mostly dry within 12 hours and completely dry by the next day. And WOW! The carpets looked and smelled nearly brand new. We had our living room and large loft cleaned as well as about 14 step in high traffic areas. Beyond taking care of the dog odor he also got out a few difficult stains we had not been able to remove ourselves. Nicholas Carpets Care is top notch and worth every penny. Will be referring all friends and work colleagues that need carpet service.

We had Nicholas carpet care out to do a small patch on the carpet and clean the carpets as well. They repair look seamless in a high traffic area and help work within our budget to get as much cleaned as possible.

I needed to book carpet cleaning immediately and Nicholas Carpet Care came through in a big way! We needed the carpets in our vacant condo cleaned for an open house viewing and with very short notice Nicholas Carpet Care was able to make it happen. Gerardo, our technician, was in contact with me throughout the day of servicing and he was able to get rid of a stain we had in one of the rooms. The carpet throughout the house looks brand new now because of his work and we love it! A huge "Thank You" to Gerardo and Nicholas Carpets. I cannot recommend them enough! Will definitely use their services again!

It had been five years since I bought my townhouse, and other than vacuuming it, the carpets had never been professionally cleaned. I also have a high energy bully breed dog. And anyone who has dogs knows... IYKYK. It was just time. Everything from start to finish was smooth, easy, and professional. From the first phone call with Alex who answered all of my many questions patiently, to Derwing who showed up on time, was friendly, professional and efficient, to Mark (the owner) who followed up with me and spent a lot time helping me to understand some of the technical aspects of carpet cleaning. I was interested in and also a little concerned about using Scotchgard as a finishing product due to having a dog and not wanting to cause him any harm. Mark was thoughtful and well informed and helped me to feel more comfortable about my decision to go forward.

There is no chemical smell at all. They feel incredible on my bare feet and I couldn't be happier.

They deep clean better than most companies

Very professional and thorough, espicially for a small business. Locally owned, very kind staff and professional.

The whole crew reeks of cigarette smoke! Could hardly believe it... but they actually use toilet water to mop bathroom floors ewww! Not professional at all.

Tidy Heidi’s was great at communication and amazing at fitting us into their busy schedule. They did an incredible job with all the fine details and little spots I would never think to clean. Very accommodating and extremely nice! We will be hiring them again!
