I've worked with Big Sky for several years now. They provided landscaping services to an HOA I managed. Their service level is exceptional. My particular property had a lot of natural area as well as a lot of Common Area lawn. I marveled at how they were able to keep such a large expanse of lawn so green and healthy, even during the summer. Nancy Payne was wonderful to work with and always responsive. Alexandria Kehoe is also excellent. I've been so impressed that I have asked them to bid on another property. I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent landscaping care.

Update: After complaining and posting this review they reached out to me to schedule an appointment to familiarize me with my sprinkler system.

I had my new yard landscaped by Big Sky. It’s beautiful and was done in a timely manner. Very happy with the work. I spent over $100,000 but when I asked them to teach me how to use and maintain the sprinkler system they asked for more money! I expect better service when spending that kind of money. Very disappointing.

Our sprinkler system at our house was old and clearly wasn't covering areas that it should be. Prior to calling Big Sky, I had at least 3 different companies come out to "fix" the issues but never did a satisfactory job. Big Sky was doing some work at a house in our neighborhood so I decided to call them and see if they could check out our sprinkler system and fix the issues. Jared was the person I worked with to coordinate the appointment. I was instantly impressed with how responsive he was, with both email and phone calls when necessary. Jorge was assigned to our sprinkler project. He showed up on time and was great to talk with. He examined our entire system. After we received the proposal, we scheduled to have the work done. Jorge did a fantastic job and updated our old system where it needed help. I am very happy with the work completed and would recommend them for sprinkler repairs.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I entered into a large contract with them several months ago ... provided a 10% deposit to be on schedule - they pushed to receive the remaining 40% 2 week prior to starting... I said no, will pay prior to starting... they removed me from the schedule- I cancelled the contract and asked for my deposit back .... For 2 weeks "the check was in the mail". then Office manager referenced the contract "Any monies paid by Customer to Contractor will be forfeited after 5 days of signing upon any person's cancelations." And they did nothing .... Now I have to stop by their office and get it..... I signed the contract and told them they need the money and to keep it... NEVER AGAIN! I wish Yelp let you choose negative stars.... hopefully $3,800 they will at least take their staff out for lunch...

I am not a customer but wanted to give the biggest shout out to these guys. I was driving to work and my engine started overheating and was about to shut down. I pulled over into the first parking lot I could find, which was this business. The guys working here are angels. They were so kind and helpful. Then while I was waiting for the tow truck, I accidentally dropped my keys down the storm drain. They got the storm drain open and got my keys out for me. Thank you so much!! If you’re looking for people who are trustworthy, I can assure you they are.

We are so happy we chose Big Sky Landscaping for our backyard remodel. We had a vision that was too big and expensive, and they helped us figure out a way to get the project done within our budget. The sales team was generous with their time and helped us make some excellent decisions. The onsite team was amazing; their attention to detail and craftsmanship made it seem like they were working on their yard. We hired Big Sky to do a major landscaping project for our entire outdoor space and could not be happier with the results. When we first bought our home, we knew the front and backyard would need a complete overhaul.

After much research, we decided on Big Sky to help transform our landscape. They oversaw everything, including redesigning and reconfiguring the layout, selecting the right plants and trees for our yard, installing outdoor lights, putting in a new irrigation system, building a new patio and fire pit, creating beautiful walkways and play spaces, fence work, and more.

Big Sky is the real deal. Their landscapers and designers are talented, dedicated and sharp, and their landscape design is flawless. I had a smaller backyard project than they might usually handle, but from start to finish, they took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and craft creative solutions for the best possible effect. I'm excited to keep expanding my little garden with the stellar folks at Big Sky!

We are very happy with the work Big Sky did at our house! During the winter, we noticed rain water collecting in our yard and turning the area into a muddy mess. We asked Kevin to design a 60' long dry creek that could help drain the water but still be nice to look at and a fun area for our kids to play in. Kevin and the team did a great job! In just over 1 week they installed a drain system, the creek bed, decorative boulders, lawn, and surrounding plants. Months of spring rain later, it has proven to be perfectly functioning. Even the plants Big Sky recommended and installed were perfect for the climate and amount of sun/shade in the area. They were fairly priced based on other bids we received, and really took the time to listen to what we wanted and made great recommendations that were in line with our thinking. We are now on our second project with Big Sky, and are even having them redo projects from a previous contractor, Paradise Restored, who was overpriced, months behind schedule, and severly underdelivered.

Big Sky Landscaping completed a front yard rock garden project for us and I'm very happy with the results. Working with Craig was a breeze and the project was timely, prices were fair and overall, the yard looks amazing! I really appreciated the post-work clean up as well. Would highly recommend Big Sky Landscaping for your next project!

In the past year we purchased a home that Big Sky had designed and installed the landscaping & including a running creek water feature in 2018. My comment to my husband while purchasing the home was, “Somebody did a very nice job on a difficult lot landscaping this.” Fast forward we are the owners. In August we had Big Sky refresh our stone walkways sanded grout & clean out our water feature in August.

Mathew the account manager is professional, listens intently before make suggestions. We are looking to replace add some trees & plants. He has made to separate visits to walk the yard with to make yard reflect some my preferences in plants.
The crew lead by Samuel on Thursdays has elevated our yard care from our last company. The crew is proactive and thoughtful to do Fall clean up but leave some the plants still in there glory to finish the season.
This not a blow and go service. They can help with lighting, sprinklers, plant health etc.

Big Sky Landscaping worked with us to develop a plan that worked with our budget. It was a small job for their company, but Kevin the owner and his team made us feel like our job was just as important as the big ones. They completed their work in a week. The work consisted on removing all the old landscape and augmenting the soil, sprinklers, and sod installation. They were quick, experienced, and kept their eye on the details as well as handling some personal requests. We were charged as quoted and only have wonderful things to say about Big Sky – I would hire them again!!
