Zeke and crew did a completely professional and friendly job from start to finish. A quick response to my phone call resulted in a very fair and knowledgeable bid providing multiple options for my budget. They worked late due to travel plans on my part and showed their experience in quickly and expertly removing my 100’ tree and grinding the stump. They are top of my call list for future needs.

As other reviews mention, all areas of the service provided by this company cannot be beat! Timeliness of the bid and subsequent appointment were unbelievable. Their communication with us regarding the bid, appointment reminders and their arrival time to do the work was fantastic. The work, including cleanup was perfect. I would recommend and use this company again without hesitation.

Loved these guys. They arrived promptly, and got the job done quickly! They removed two trees in our backyard and cleaned up afterwards very well. They also trimmed back some of our neighbors trees that were overhanging in our yard at no cost. Excellent communication and service. Would definitely recommend!

Zeke came out on Friday for the tree removal estimate. I was going to have others done but this one was reasonable so I accepted. I got a text that the crew was available that Sunday to remove it. They came and removed the tree and ground the stump in a couple of hours. They did a nice job cleaning up as well. It was a good experience

I had a Portland heritage tree that Multnomah County forced me to remove on my own dime. After interviewing 10 arborists/ tree removal services, I went with Zeke's team based on their price and promise to keep the other trees nearby in tact. Both he and Jonathan were communicative and they didn't talk down to me like some of the other contractors did and even entertained alternatives. The team was phenomenally efficient. This was a very emotional situation/surprise for me and NW Premier Tree services made it much less painful than it could have been and I'm extremely grateful for their services.

I called for a bid and had a bid within 1 day and the work was done within 2 days. Efficient, Zeke is great, team is great, yard clean up was done!

I contacted multiple companies for bids to trim a bunch of maple trees that were growing into my house, eaves, and gutters. Unlike the other businesses, Zeke responded promptly and came out the same day to give me a bid. He was knowledgeable and professional; he answered all my questions and kept me in the loop on scheduling, etc. The bid was reasonable (especially considering my house is on a steep ravine). He and his team came out a few days later and did a great job. They removed all the debris and left my yard spotless. I highly recommend NW Premier Tree Sevices.

NW Premier Tree Services LLC recently provided tree removal and pruning services, and the experience was highly satisfactory. The team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency from the initial consultation through the final cleanup.

We had a three-trunked tree with one dead trunk and several dead branches (including one that had broken off and was dangling precariously from another branch). We got 5 bids from tree services and NW Premier Tree Services was by far the best. They provided a written estimate that included a picture of the tree with the parts they would remove highlighted. We were able to submit that estimate and picture to our HOA for approval. It sailed through the approval process quickly.

Ours was a difficult job in that the tree had to be brought up a steep hill for disposal. Thier six-man crew did an awesome job. They removed a number of solar path lights to avoid possible damage and replaced them after the job was completed. The area around the tree looked better than before they started. Clean-up was meticulous. Their equipment was well maintained.

We have a lot of trees on our property and won't hesitate to call NW Premier Tree Services for future jobs.

Zeke and his team were absolutely incredible! We had a large tree that needed to be removed from our front yard as it was starting to lean more towards our house. They came out on a Monday evening for the quote, provided numbers by next business day, and by that following Sunday they had come and done the work. Extremely competitive pricing and incredible work. We will absolutely be using them in the future.

NW Premier is top notch. I was having a hard time finding someone to do the work quickly as I had a large branch come down that was blocking the driveway. I got 3 quotes and they were significantly cheaper than the competitors. Zeke was personable and knowledgeable. His crew was efficient. The work took only about an hour to cut down two medium sized trees that were close to the houses. They have a construction business too that I look forward to using for future projects. Highly recommend!

Zeke and his team are amazing. Zeke promptly responded to my request for a bid. He came to our home the same day and later that afternoon we had our bid. And a very affordable bid I might add. Because of a cancellation the team was able to come the next day to complete the job. We were in awe of the way the team worked together safely and efficiently. Communication also receives high praise as we were always keep up to date on estimated arrival times. The team also left our property clean and tidy. We are so happy we found them and will be calling again in the fall for further work. I am also adding four extra stars to my review, one for each outstanding team member. You guys are the best!

Zeke and his crew did a fantastic job at a great price. I am very happy with the job they did. They had to work around the power lines to take down two diseased birch trees in our parking strip. They climbed the trees and safely lowered cut limbs to the ground as they were cut. They chipped up all the branches and left the cut logs as agreed. They also did an excellent job with the stump grinding. I highly recommend their services.

From start to finish, everything was perfect. Communication, completeness, care and cleanup, professionalism and kindness… best price! Just all around a great experience and easy process! As a new property owner, it’s scary and exhausting trying to find/hire the right people. These guys are the right people!

NW Premier Tree Service was great to work with on our large sycamore. They have a good crew and were able to raise the canopy and thin the branches in a few hours. Everything was cleaned up and looking nice when the job was done.
