In a time when good service and attention to quality work is hard to find. Phil Snell and his crew are a breath of fresh air. On time, extremely professional, safe, personable and understanding. We cannot recommend Phil and team highly enough. We needed some tree work done including a large dead tree overhanging our neighbors back yard. We got three quotes. Phil was responsive, thorough in his assessment of the work and gave me a quote on the spot. The other quotes were so high they seemed to indicate a lack of interest in the job due to its difficulty. The work done by Phil's team was amazing, they were prompt and professional, they checked with us to be sure we were satisfied and it was all done in a very timely manner and at a very fair price. After another company had a scheduling delay we reached out to Phil and he was able to come by the same day to look at our 120 foot dead tree and he and his crew removed it the next day. He also did more tree removal and tree maintenance for our neighbor. Phil and his team were prompt, friendly, and professional. We would recommend and plan on using them again for any tree services.

Phil and his team are great. They showed up when they said they would and gave a fair price to remove dead trees and did an amazing job getting them safely on the ground. Will have them back onsite to prune some other trees again.

Oregon Tree Care is awesome. The estimater had great knowledge and knew what our property needed while balancing that with what we saw as priority items and were ready to do on our budget. The crew that did the work impressed both us and our neighbors with their attention to detail and professionalism. There was one small hiccup on scope of work between what we thought and was written up, but overall feel great with our trees going forward and have phase two scheduled with them.

I have used OTC for several projects over the years, the crew chief is always courteous, the crews do a great job on the trees and with cleaning up.
Damien has always been helpful on planning the work, he and his crew have done a great taking care of the massive cedar towering over my home.
I have used other companies before, and ended up calling OTC to come repair the work.

I had a large dying cherry tree that was hanging over my head (and roofline) for several years. I got a number of bids to have it removed, and OTC was the best one both in terms of price and in explaining my options. Even though it was a complicated job, the crew quickly and safely got the tree removed without so much as a scratch on the many plants and shrubs growing in my back yard. Oregon Tree Care did an excellent job removing a handful of nuisance trees and raising the canopy of a large cedar tree. The crew was friendly, efficient and did a thorough job of removing all debris and cleaning up the work areas. Damien, the owner, initially assessed the job over a video call and then promptly followed up with a written estimate - very convenient not having to take time off of work to meet with a contractor! The price was very reasonable too, so I will certainly use OTC for any tree work I need done in the future. A+++

Been alternating between Oregon Tree Care and another neighborhood company for years (based on availability). This year I hired the other company in the spring and had nothing but problems. Called OTC and they came out this fall/winter: hard pruning my apple trees, shaping the cherries - done; gently trimming and shaping the dogwood so that it cascades over the path and arches toward the back deck - done; providing gentle trimming to a crabapple that others think I shold takedown but the birds love - done. The team are responsive, timely, professional, caring. Using OTC from now on.

Oregon Tree Care was easy to communicate with before the service. They got to our home on time, checked with us to make sure they understood what we wanted, advised us about how they wanted to proceed, and did the work. The trimmed trees look very "natural," not like they are just hacked off. They cleaned all the tree trimmings up so it looked great. Very professional service. We'll use them again.

Oregon Tree Care is wonderful! They worked with us to determine how best to care for our tree. When we decided that removal was the best option, they gave us a prompt estimate and answered all of our questions. On the day the work was scheduled, they communicated well with us, they arrived when they said they would, and they left the site clean. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Great work! Nice estimate, friendly and fast! OTC took out a tree that had beetles and very close to my house/deck - they even trimmed a tree over my parking area.

The team at Oregon Tree Care were incredibly quick to respond, highly professional, and very communicative. We had a tree fall on our roof causing significant damage. They had a crew out that same day, had the trunk removed from our roof, and connected us with a secondary company to get a tarp up, all within hours. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Damien and his crew. Fantastic communication and you can tell Damien really cares about trees and doing what is best for them. The job was done perfectly and then cleaned up - I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to have their trees tended to!

Mar 2020 Follow-Up - We had OTC back out to help deal with a fallen 150 foot tall White Oak tree that we lost during the recent ice storm, and again, this Company did fantastic work coordinating this massive tree removal and getting in cranes, excavators, dump trucks, stump grinders, etc. They really are top notch and we can't recommend these pro's highly enough!

June 2025 Update - We have had OTC back again for more tree tending needs and Derrick and his crew were great. This is a top notch company and their people and communication from scheduling, estimates and getting the projects done is all very professional - they do the job and do it right!
