Probably a good company but failed to follow through with my request for a quote. No return calls basically blowing me off. So much for trying to support local business.

Great group of guys!! They arrived on schedule and got started right away. Their were efficient in the way they worked. Cleaned up the site and cut up the truck. One of our neighbors was also impressed with team and how courageous their were to work in the horrible weather. Highly recommend to others!!

An excellent experience start to finish! Oregon Tree Care came to our home to walk the property and advise us where pruning and removing trees would most benefit the yard. They were timely with their estimate and very communicative on scheduling and confirming their work. The price and service was excellent. They also coordinated a stump grinding service and carried off limbs. We plan to be repeat customers!

Everyone that I talked to at Oregon Tree Care was lovely. I really appreciated how patient and thoughtful the arborist and landscaper were with me. They gave me advice about cutting so I could maintain the yard in a way healthy to the trees and overall did a wonderful job assessing and executing the work. My partners and I want to keep our yard growing as naturally as possible and they made sure to take that into account. Finally, being able to use email for scheduling and having multiple confirmations and reminders made it super easy to work with them. Awesome team.

I was seeking advice on choosing the right trees for several areas on my property. Soil type, sunlight, size, shape, and root systems were variables in the final choices. Derek and Morgan are quite knowledgeable and passionate about trees. The entire team communicates well with professional ease.

These guys were unreal. I received multiple bids to have a large fir tree trimmed in my backyard and I am so happy that I went with OTC. Not only did they give me the estimate they let me know that the tree was very healthy and even suggested that I not get a second tree trimmed because it was not needed. Stellar service and great employees.

I've been using Oregon Tree Care exclusively since I purchased my home. So far, they have given my massive oak tree two haircuts, trimmed most of my other trees, and removed a dead tree (in a location where it was too dangerous for the tree to remain as wildlife habitat). I thoroughly expect to hire them to help plant a new tree in the spring (to replace the removed tree).

Oregon Tree Care is great at communications--I always know what's going on and why, they answer all of my questions, and address every concern I've had. I generally leave all of the major decisions to them, since I know they have certified arborists (including certifications required to work near the various power lines on my street that literally run through the branches of my trees). They will be taking care of my trees for as long as I own this home.

Worked with OTC for several years and was very satisfied with their work, annual pruning of our trees - until I noticed them topping our trees (maybe it was a newbie they hired - I dunno), but I’m very disappointed that my trees have been treated this way and will be finding a new arborist. Watch them closely. 2 stars since they were once great.

Our priority is keeping our trees healthy for us and the other critters that rely on them. We've had OTC out for pruning/maintenance three times, and we will ask them back in the future. They are so easy to work with: great communication and reliable. Super knowledgeable: offered multiple maintenance suggestions for the largest of our trees and assessed the health of other trees on the property.

1. They were cheaper than half the price of several other companies I got quotes from
2. Better quality than others. This was the only arborist that recommended to cut down the 2 invasive tree of heavens I was dealing with. Others recommended to just prune them which is a bad idea since they are the worse trees known to man
3. Everything else like scheduling etc was great. They were also done in really quick time cutting the trees.

These guys were great. Everything went smoothly from getting an estimate, scheduling, executing the job, and follow-up afterwards. They seem very knowledgeable about local trees and were good at making recommendations based on customer budget and the needs of the natural environment. They also did a really nice job cleaning up after their work and interacting with neighbors.

Friendly and incredibly knowledgeable staff. They are detailed with their communications, which makes preparing for service easy. We will continue to use them for any of our tree needs in the future!

Oregon Tree Care are very professional and knowledgeable people. I had a great experience from start to finish. They got rid of the shrubs that I hated in front of my house and took wonderful care pruning my beloved and ginormous crepe myrtle. I have only kind words and would definitely recommend them!

We had OTC out to assess our trees. They worked with us to understand our goals for thinning out the deadwood, while also guiding us on maintaining a healthy and natural habitat for all of the wildlife we have. They also advised us on the pros and cons of keeping some decorative trees the previous owners had planted. The work was completed quickly and professionally with care for our yard, and at a very reasonable price.
