Had them come to clean and service our pellet stove, arrived on time, took his time to clean the stove very well, did the chimney, the vent everything. After he had it all cleaned he ran the stove to make sure it was working correctly, adjusted the draft and intake. Very impressed with his process and cleanliness. Will hire again next time.

Just had our new kuma Aspen wood stove installed today from Pellet Stoves & More. Great customer service and pricing on a high quality product. Installation was quick and the technicians were awesome! Can’t say enough good things about this company!

My husband and I bought a pellet stove here when we bought our first house in 2018 and it's has been amazing! Not only has our pellet stove been amazing! And Connie has always been so helpful and personable whenever I have to contact them, which is a rare occasion, so I'm always pleasantly surprised to hear she remembers me and knows exactly who I am. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pellet stove or wood stove! 🔥

The Pellet Stove itself is great but there is a lack of transparency on the installation price. The final price was more than $1000 over the estimate. While one tech waited around, another arrived in a U-Haul with parts from Home Depot. We were charged for several hours of labor. Pellet Stoves are not that difficult to install. We paid to have it professionally installed for peace of mind. Parts and installation was $2576!!! We know we were overcharged. We tried to work with Connie and it quickly became a Jekyll and Hyde situation with Connie demanding payment without resolution. We are disappointed to have been overcharged. We had several quotes from other companies that would have saved us hundreds of dollars. Because of this experience, I can only recommend this company for their products and not their installation.

I've used the service twice now and considering a third but the fist cleaning i bought a new igniter for almost two hundred dollars that didn't last through the first winter. I will say the technicians were friendly and professional both visits, but the 2nd servicing was scheduled for the morning, but didnt happen until late afternoon, finishing up after 5pm, which is bad because my wife works graveyards, but after issues with the fire keeping lit, my scheduled 90 day guarantee service check, which i cleared with the lady over the phone just last week, was completely forgotten today and i was told not even scheduled but Justin's visit today was exemplary. We appreciate the great and fast work!

Recently purchased a house that had two non-functional gas fireplace inserts installed and happened to find the number for Pellet Stoves & More. Gave them a call and they not only had the information on file but we kind, friendly, and very helpful. After two short visits by their technician my fireplaces are functioning wonderfully.

Scott from First Call was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful when we had an emergency. I would highly recommend this company, and in particular their employee Scott. Very progressional!

Frank came out to service our oil furnace that stopped working. Frank was very thorough in his inspection and got it fixed in less than an hour.

My mother who is elderly ran out of oil. The tech fortunately was able to come out same day to add oil to her furnace however that's all he did. What happened to the thorough customer service approach, where the service isn't complete unless the customer is happy. If you're coming out to add oil taking the extra step to ensure things are in working order shouldn't be a hardship. It's very disheartening that in this day we have to settle for the bare minimum.

They installed a new oil furnace for me in 2021. Added two new vents so the furnace could breathe properly. On my second tune-up with them it has almost doubled the efficiency. Very clean and professional job. I also get my heating oil from them !

Abe was awesome. He made time to come out and take care of a condensate problem before I had vapor barrier and exclusion done. He even went above and beyond and took care of resealing all of the piping and areas that needed closed up. Very concientious.

I 100% recommend arrowhead heating and cooling. Abe does a great job answering phone calls, coming out and he’s on time. He’s quick and had all the parts to install our heat pump. He’s also helped with our mini split maintenance as well. If you need someone local, give Abe a call!

Had a new furnace installed at the end of last year. Abe got me a quote quickly, was available to install and got the install done fast and clean. The furnace has been running beautifully since the install, we’re very happy. Had a warranty issue with the circulation fan, Abe came and got it sorted in no time.
