Highest recommendation for Arrowhead! Abe helped install a heat pump at my house, configured to handle all of my cooling needs, and to pair with my existing gas furnace as a backup on the coldest winter days.

Abe's communication was prompt during the planning process, and he was extremely thorough during installation, all while taking time to answer questions and provide tips on usage and unrelated HVAC concerns.

I couldn't be happier with my new heat pump, and I encourage you to go for it and give Arrowhead a call if you're on the fence.

I installed a Mini Split and didn't want to do the A/C charge so I Googled and found this Master Installer. Abe came over and in 2 hours he went over my install. Found some leaks at the connections corrected those and charged the system. Great guy and his prices were very fair. Highly recommend!

My husband was out fishing no phone service. AC quit on 100° day. I called & Abe was working on an unoccupied residence, so he dropped what he was doing came right over. Evaluated my situation. My heat pump/furnace was 30+ years old. He explained all my options, repair/replace. The costs of all options. I felt confident giving the go ahead to replace. Abe has very competitive pricing, is very professional and reliable and does a great job. He replaced our furnace and water heater in our primary home, and did such a great job, we had him replace the HVAC in our rental. Abe and his team installed a mini split system for me this month. He did a careful job bidding and was able to get me in quickly. His work was great--careful and clean, and exactly what we'd discussed. He even put in an outdoor outlet next to the unit because our house wasn't up to code. He finished on time too. Moreover, Abe's quote was a very reasonable price for our system (I had gotten some quotes nearly double for the same hardware). It's working great now to heat the whole house and I can't wait to use it come summer. I highly recommend working with Abe if you need heating and cooling work done!

This company goes above and beyond! When our home was out of power for the last four days, one of the Heating Specialist employees, who happens to live in our neighborhood, offered to come over and help my husband wire our generator to our furnace. We have two children, one is a toddler, so being the cold for days was very difficult. He didn't bat an eye and within minutes we were up and running and our kids were able to sleep well in a warm home again. I am so grateful he took the time out of his day to help, no questions asked, even when he, himself, was without power.

You have some great people at your business and the next time we need something, you will be the first place I call!

Charged me $220 for diagnostics. When the tech arrived he did not have my phone number so I had no idea he was at my business until I called them and asked. He said he could fix the problem and would send me a quote. I texted him my gmail address. Next day I get a message from them saying they don't have my email address, so I give it to them again. I ask if the quote is coming soon as my tenants are freezing, and he says he'll get it to me by the end of the weekend. That was 4 days ago. So far it's been almost a week. I don't know if they're just super busy or what but this was a very bad experience and a huge waste of $220.

Bryan was amazing. He came in through my home warranty and I was blown away by how helpful and knowledgable he was. For the things he didn't know how to do best himself, he outsourced at no additional cost to me. We became buddies since the work got prolonged due to my crawl space needing a lot of help, which he undertook to make his and my life easier in the long run. Would definitely recommend Bryan at the Cool Guys! He's my guy now for anything related to my HVAC needs.

Bryan was contracted to replace our furnace through our home warranty and did an excellent job! Our install took longer than expected and there were several unexpected issues, he worked long hours and came back on the weekend to make sure the job was done right at no extra cost to us.
