Joe did a phenomenal job diagnosing and fixing the issue with my older furnace. I wracked my brain (along with consulting my HVAC friend) before I finally called Ben’s heating and Joe figured out the issue right away and was able to fix it same day. This was especially important, since I had the in-laws coming to stay in a week, and didnt want them staying with the heat not working. Will use them in future!

They called to tell me when the tech was on the way and texted a link to a real time tracker! The tech was great, did a thorough inspection of the system and got it running again within the hour. Our dogs liked him, too :-) I would definitely recommend them.

I called because my heater would not turn on. Joe came out within an hour of my call to troubleshoot the issue. There was no issue and Joe went over how to identify if there is an issue. He also performed a maintenance and changed my filter. Would recommend Joe again.

Called Ben‘s heating during the Winter holiday break and they responded with a service person the very next day. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He tracked down the problem and fixed the broken part the same day. I would highly recommend for heating repairs, especially with so many companies, just trying to push the sale of a whole new unit costing thousands. I highly recommend and will be using them for all future HVAC business!

Joe called to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He serviced the heating system and answered my questions about the best setting for winter. The entire visit took less than an hour. He was friendly and courteous.

Had a new heat pump installed. Whole process was easy. Good communication. Everyone showed up on time. Site was left clean after the work. They were patient and and answered my questions. Prices were competitive. Not overly pushy or trying to up sell services. Good experience. Would recommend. Service guys were super nice and went out of their way to walk me through things. I won't go into too much detail. But Joe at Bens HVAC saved me thousands of dollars. No exaggeration. I got another company to give me a check up (black friday deals) and they came and red tagged my furnace. Wanting $20 K to replace both Heat and AC. Sent them packing and had Bens come out and inspect it (Ben installed in 2011) There was no reason for the Red Tag and said the furnace was fine but coming to end of life and to start planning in the future for its replacement - If I listened to those yahoos from the other company I would be $20K in the hole. Thank you thank you thank you for your straight shooting, integrity - when it comes time to replace I am only going with Ben's!!!

My furnace stopped working just before Christmas; had little hope of getting help two days from the holiday, but they got a great tech out twice within the same week for service and follow-up. He was great! It did need a couple of not-cheap new parts, but way cheaper than furnace replacement which wasn't needed! And they lent me space heaters for the time it took

Joe arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call to Ben's. Got us up and running again quickly. He provided us with options to consider about our 15 or old furnace. Delighted with Joe and the lady who dispatched him!

Best air conditioning contractor in Oregon and sw washington

This location is the Oregon City Transit Center. This heating and AC company is fake. I called their number and it connected me to a completely different unassociated HVAC company. The other reviews for Oregon City Heating & Air Conditioning are fake content.

We had just a wonderful experience with Chris, Nick, and Jay while they replaced an improper radiant heat system in our recently purchased home. They were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them.

Rob came out to our house almost a month ago to talk with us about a whole house generator. He promised the bid within 2 days. I still don't have one and needless to say, if you promise something then follow through. Very VERY unprofessional and we will not be working with this company ever.
