Del and Jesse were amazing today. Due to some technical issues, they put in a 12hour day to make sure we had our new heat pump and mini splits up and working. They were gracious to the electrician who came in to trouble shoot and still took time at the end, to make sure we understood how to operate the units for maximum efficiency with hot weather in the forecast. Del lead the way for making sure our needs were met and install was done to our satisfaction.

He was very nice and sweet. Did a thorough job very respectful. I would use him again anytime

Donovan did a fantastic job with my furnace. Efficient, friendly, prompt. Explained everything very well.

Came quickly (the next day), found the problem quickly. The service fee of $149 to arrive and diagnose our AC seems reasonable. A additional charge of $164 for the price of a fuse and the labor to replace. It seems quite steep. I paid it as it was 98 deg yesterday and forecast for today is 96.

What an outstanding company! From my first conversation with Alison in the office; whose care and commitment truly stood out; to the excellent service from technician Ben, who went above and beyond to fix our heat pump, every step exceeded my expectations. I’ve saved their number and will definitely be using them again in the future. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Don’t hesitate, save their number now

I have been using Ben’s for 5 years. They are fantastic. I have an older system and it, from time to time, has some challenges. Not being one that has $10-20k to drop on a new HVAC system I’ve needed old school techs with talent to keep mine going. Ben’s has hit that mark every time with talented, professional, and personable techs and staff.

Installation. Joe came to inspect the unit and answered all my questions with ease and knowledge. Scheduled the install with Del and Spencer. They were clean, very efficient and left with my complete satisfaction. Financing questions were handled by Keith who gave me options as well as assurance of all my expectations

Donovan G. was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and on time. He checked all the boxes as far as servicing our A/C unit. Couldn't be more pleased. Only reason for bad rating is they are seriously overpriced. Just shy of $400 to put in a $25 part. Most places will apply diagnostic fee to any labor if work is done. Oh, and the diagnostic fee is high as well at $149, call around there are cheaper diagnostic fees that get applied to any labor if work is done. These guys charge you and DO NOT apply it. Could not believe the cost...AFTER we used them called other places and sure enough, we could have saved several hundred dollars. Needless to say, won't use them again even though their technicians are truly great I can't say I would use them again because of what I would call, cutthroat fee for diagnostics NOT being applied to the labor. BEWARE!!!!

Jason was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job performing maintenance on our mini split. I highly recommend their services.

Overall the work done seems satisfactory. we’ll see once I start using the furnace if everything they did works right. I did need them to go to the rooftop of my commercial business and I stipulated when I made the appointment that I needed someone with a tall ladder to do that they showed up on the initial appointment and said “I saw the notes about a tall ladder, but I don’t have one. I’ll have to come back tomorrow. “ This was a little inconvenient and I would’ve appreciated them just bringing the ladder since they knew they needed one or rescheduling the appointment since they knew they needed a tall ladder and didn’t have one

Del & Jessie did a fine job for us with a new furnace install and an AC service as well. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable and very likeable. As a bit of a bonus, they both did well with my noisy dog. Will call Ben's again when we need this sort of service.

Ben’s did a great job. I really like the Daikin equipment. They were very professional with their installation.

The technician Joe H. Came over and was very nice. His niceness was only outdone by his knowledge and professionalism. He serviced our furnace and didn’t try to upsell anything to us. This will be the only hvac company I will use going forward. Thank You!

They have no idea what they’re doing. There are air leaks on all the ducts they touched. They can’t even cut zip ties flush. They left my gas line loose and flopping around. There are exposed wires. My heat pump isn’t on stable ground. They left my crawl space open. I had another company come out and look at what they told me was I should of hired professionals. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They were great, polite, knowledgeable. The guys were professional and cleaned up when the job was done. We would welcome them back anytime, to work on our equipment.

First time working with Ben's & I was so pleased. Donovan was awesome! He was very helpful, worked fast, and was great answering all our questions.

My experience with Ben's was great! They installed my system in 2019 and have been servicing it annually ever since. I appreciate that they are responsive to my needs and concerns. I want to especially recognize Jason for his knowledge, professionalism and excellent customer service!

Ben's was great from start to finish. They replaced my old heat pump system with Daikan Fit-E and I couldn't possibly love it more. It is such an improvement over a standard heat pump. I can't hear it running and my house is always comfortable. The old one was loud and couldn't keep up on hot and cold days. I highly recommend that unit and Ben's to install it. There were minor issues with the installation, mostly due to miscommunication and me not being home/available on the day of the install. They corrected everything and checked back to make sure I was happy before paying the final invoice.

Donovan did a great job. He spent a little bit over 2 1/2 hours in our house. We have two furnaces into AC units. He did not complain about all the overgrown vegetations to access the AC unit. We really appreciate his work.
