My contractor advised me to use Chase Heating & Cooling to replace the existing 34 year old HVAC system in the home I purchased the end of April, 2023. The technician went over all my options and we decided on a heat pump with AC and heater. We also upgraded the attic fan. The install took less than 2 days and the system is working beautifully. I just got my first electric bill ($120) for a 2800sf home !!! I couldn't believe it. This company is nothing but quality, all around. I will definitely use Chase to also maintain the system over the years.

Brett and Paul just installed a new York system in our house. We've only had it 3 days, but we love how comfortable our house is now. Brett and Paul were wonderful installers and we highly recommend them. Brett was very thorough in explaining everything to us.

We received 4 bids to replace our 1913 oil furnace (!!!) with either a central heat pump system or mini-multi splits from 4 different local companies with good reviews. Ultimately, it was easy for us to choose Chase because:
They offered excellent, detailed quotes for each option.
They took the time to talk about the location of air handling unit, the exterior heat pump unit, and the location of all the vents or split units so we would understand what the final product we live with will be like.
They worked with us to locate vents in our basement that would allow us to save room for a future remodel.
They understood our goal of maintaining a separate unit for our upstairs which is only 5 years old.
They did not try to upsell us on an oversized system (which Jacobs definitely tried to do).
They added a service to remove the ancient furnace.

Our bid, installation, and completion dates were all on time and within the bid. Paul is very approachable and has a crew that can tackle minor issues that might come up dealing with adjacent plumbing, electrical, etc. I work in the energy efficiency and climate change field and appreciate that Paul and Jennifer are knowledgeable about the efficiency of various options and treated my energy and building expertise with respect. This was not true of other HVAC companies that gave us low-quality bids. I have been recommending Chase to everyone I know.

We have had the York central heat pump system in operation for the last month and feel Chase did an excellent job at the installation. It is important for homeowners to understand what the experience of heat pump systems will be vs. natural gas furnaces (note, natural gas burns clean but extracting it is terrible for the environment) or vs. electric baseboard heaters (click click click). Heat pumps are eligible for rebates for low-income households and tax credits for high-income households and Chase helped with information about this too. When you have done your research and know you want to go with a heat pump, call Chase!

I’ve been very pleased with the service we continue to receive from Chase Heating & Cooling since we had them put a new system in the home we bought in July 2020. Bret was here again last week for our Fall tune-up. The report he provided afterwards confirms what Chase has done & gives me confidence that we’ll get heat in the winter months & cool air during our hot summer months- & that we’re doing so efficiently! We love our a/c -heat pump from Chase! Paul and crew were pros during installation and Kellie and Jennifer are super helpful in the office, answering my questions and keeping me on track with filters and annual maintenance. We highly recommend them!

We had an issue with vent that connects to the furnace. It made noise when it was windy. We also needed to get it fixed as soon as possible, since we were renting out our house very soon.
I called Chase Heating & Cooling and they fit me in within a few days.
Paul came and explained throughly what was happening and what needs to be done. On the way out he visited our elderly neighbors that he did work for and checked in with them. He didn't have to do that. It was nice to see he cared.
When the workers showed up they were very professional and left the house and the attic door clean, which I appreciated.
Jennifer from the office coordinated everything so smoothly. I also got a smaller window time and heads up when the workers were on the way.

We had our new heat pump and furnace put in today, a one day install. The heat pump is super quiet and we look forward to more efficient results. There is more air moving through the duct work.
Paul arrived on time and the service was great, a hard working team.

Amazing! I can't say enough how much I recommend this company. They were efficient from first phone call to final product install. I would use them again and again. Great product for a great value.

Had them come out for a maintenance visit on our furnace and heat pump. The cost was reasonable and about the same as some of the other companies, but Brett the technician was greats from the get-go. Arrived at the beginning of our window and spent a good amount of time thoroughly checking both pieces of equipment. He took photos and explained what he did and that everything looked good. I really appreciated how thoroughly they checked the equipment and explained everything. We will definitely use them again next time we need something!
