We just had Frank do our annual maintenance and install a surge protector. Perfect job...as usual! We have been with First Call since 1980, had them put in 3 hvac systems in 3 houses, and still find them to be the best. And the amazing part is discovering Frank:). After his first visit we requested him from then on each year. He has years of experience, tells you what you need or do not need, and is assuredly a fun chap to visit with each year!! He needs TWELVE stars, not 5!! Kudos to the best service guy there!!! M&Z:)

Excellent service. Technician Brian was knowledgeable and willing to share his expertise in a friendly and coherent manner. I will definitely use First Call Heating & Cooling in the future and would recommend to others in need of this service.

Robert did a thorough check of our system and provided clear, concise feedback. A really nice guy kindly telling us our system needed to be replaced helped ease the pain. Price paid was reasonable for a maintenance visit.

We've used First Call for a new furnace system and for maintenance and repair on our existing AC and Mini Split systems. Everyone who has come to do work has been exceptional: professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently, Frank came and solved a problem for us and was wonderful to work with. Trust and confidence are extremely high with First Call!

My technician was Robert Villarreal and he was absolutely fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the issues to me very thoroughly. He also was just a generally nice guy. I’m going to ask for him next time,

Brian came over for a diagnostic. He was absolutely fantastic. He was calm, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Our news wasn't good but he was reassuring and made sure we got a call within the hour to someone who could help us move forward!

Jefery did a thorough inspection and service of our First Call installed heat pump at our home. I was impressed with the high-tech testing of the various sensors in our equipment. That made me feel like our system will work reliably through t the coming winter. Jefery also helped me reprogram our thermostat so we can save a few bucks on electricity. He did a first-class job and provided excellent customer service when I asked him to mail a hard-copy receipt for my records as a follow up. Thank you, Jefery and First Call!

Frank was so helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me straighten out the Nest Thermostat that I had attempted (unsuccessfully) to install myself. Also very knowledgable about my Oil Furnace and some adjustments it needed, and very pleasant to talk to. The price was fair and good value, especially given the various adjustments needed and years of experience he brings.

Always a reliable company! Brian walked me through the process of changing out my filter in a very detailed and clear manner. It was a simple tune up appointment, but I appreciate that he came prepared with shoe covers and even placed back my boxes before leaving. The whole process from scheduling to paying was quick and efficient.

Today, I had the most amazing experience with Brian and Daniel from First Call. A one person 4-5 hour project turned into a two person full day job. The removal and installation of a new part of my furnace was complicated. Their positive attitudes and patience throughout the process was incredible. They respected my home - always wearing booties to cover their shoes. They were professional, communicative and kind. Both of them went above and beyond for me today. They were a delight to have in my home. I have been a customer for more than 40 years - it is the quality of service over the decades that I appreciate the most.

Just wanted to reach out as me being an employee for first call for the last almost 5 years I want to say not only 3 years ago when I had in my heart attack they took great care of my schedule and myself. Moving forward during a storm we had the last couple days, I had a tree branch come down on my house, not only did it puncture the roof during these monsoon rain event, but I also lost electricity. I called my immediate manager first thing this morning Jason Markle. I let him know that I would not be in and actually showed him a video of the water coming through my ceiling. He said you take care of what you need to and that's okay we got you covered. They had an employee appreciation breakfast this morning which I was unable to attend. However I get a knock on my door at around 10:00 this morning right after power was restored. It was my service manager Jason. He was so kind and considerate to drive all the way from the shop and deliver me a nice hot breakfast. I was absolutely speechless. It is really nice when your manager goes above and beyond the work realm and also help you in your personal agenda. Very well appreciated. Thank you again Jason Markle. Your kindness this morning brought me from a low place, to a very confident day. Much appreciated. Thank you very much. Even Mr Bojangles got some breakfast 💥💥.10 stars ..

Frank came in and resolved my no-heat issue quickly. He is very knowledgeable of the heating oil units. I had him tune my unit up for the season.

He was friendly and gave me some good advise/pointers as well. He was also very knowledgeable of the services available. I feel the fee was very good for the work, experience, and service I received.

He is a jewel if you don’t already know. 😎

He explained all he was going to evaluate,
Changed filters, checked for carbon monoxide, and did much more.
He provided the information on the steps to change our oil furnace to a HVAC system.
and helped facilitate getting an appt.this provide an estimate for the HVAC system to be installed.

Exemplary service and professional and highly knowledgeable technicians who go the extra mile!!! Brian is honestly the best technician we have had in the 9 years we've been doing business with First Call!!! He was very diligent and detected an issue, repaired it and our heat pump is looking and functioning like brand new!!! We will be requesting Brian next service time!!!!

My 20 year old furnace suddenly stopped working on Sunday night but I noticed a burn smell coming out of the vents.
I called First Call on Monday. The same day, a representative (Jason) came to my house and he gave an estimate right away.
First Call scheduled a new furnace installation for the very next day because I did not have any heat in the house.
I worked with this company previously and they did a great job in another location
Jose and Christian came right at 8 am, they explained all the process of the removal of the old unit and the installation of a new 95% efficiency unit
They went into specific details and they answered all my questions.
During the installation Jose noticed a defect part in the new furnace and he called his boss. He sent another unit right away to prevent any future problems
They installed everything new, including fresh air input and exhaust pipes. they cleaned the area as they worked and removed all old equipment and trash
I was so impressed with their explanation and work, that I decided to also replace my a/c unit because it used R-22 gas (phased out gas very harmful effect on the ozone layer)
It is always better to choose a reliable company with well trained technicians,because their work is always warranted

Nothing but great things to say about the expertise and professionalism we experienced with First Call. We had 2 gas fireplace inserts installed in our 1960s house this week and we are very happy with the results. First Call was the only company that seemed totally comfortable with what was deemed by other companies as a “very complicated job” and they seemed to almost run away from our job. They were communicative and thoughtful during the entire process. Jason Sundwall was the lead on the gas line process. My husband is very particular and had a certain way he wanted the gas line installed. He raved about Jason all week and kept repeating how happy he was that Jason did our project. It can be difficult to find people that complete jobs to as high a level as we expect but Jason treated the project as if it was his own home. We can’t say enough about his skill level and professionalism. All our furniture and floors were covered each day and they left everything in perfect condition. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. Steve Erickson was our salesperson and he was great too. He’s a warm, friendly face for the company and his knowledge, confidence and thoroughness made us comfortable proceeding with this project (when other companies made us much less confident). Everyone showed up when they said they would which is also extremely rare to find. That was my first indication that we had found a unique, professional company! I can’t recommend first call enough.

We recently had some pretty extensive duct re-routing done by Chase Heating & Cooling and the experience was great all-around. From the estimate visit to the email correspondence and billing and performing the actual work, everything was smooth, easy and painless.

Paul came and did an estimate visit very early on in the remodel process and was patient in hearing out what work we had in mind, and was flexible in coming up with a new duct-layout for the part of the house we were reconfiguring. We got estimates from two other HVAC companies as well, and Chase was very fair with their estimate, and in the end, we picked Chase because the estimate/intake experience was so pleasant-- we're glad we did!

When it came time to do the work, Paul and Brett were on-time and ready to work. They had allotted two days to complete the work, and they knocked it out in one day-- it was impressive, and the work looked great. They were super tidy and polite, and were respectful of COVID-safe protocols (wore masks, socially distanced, etc.)

Overall we had a great experience with Chase, and I would be happy to work with them in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to have HVAC work done. Thanks to everyone over at Chase!

Paul and the fantastic installation crew did an amazing job on our mini split install. Had a large unit with 4 heads installed on the main house and a smaller unit with one head installed on my outbuilding/office. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. The crew were very respectful and professional. I will use them again and would recommend them 100%

Great experience from scheduling with their dispatch to our repair from the technician. Each step, Chase was well above my expectations. Jason, the technician, fixed my AC in about 30 minutes, thoroughly explained what he was seeing with great expertise and provided us with lots of options for our needs. Definitely highly satisfied.
