Air Quality Heating & Cooling is a very good company. Mathew worked whole day, non-stop, to fix all issues of my hvac. He is patient, listens, answers, and addresses all issues. Mathew is a very nice employee of a very nice company. I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent job connecting natural gas to my standby house generator. Readily answered all my questions and made an extra trip to satisfy the gas company installer's concerns.

I scheduled a diagnosis with Garth and his team on 7/22/25. He waited until 7/29/25 when we were at a peak in the heatwave to cancel the appointment. My family is now stuck at home with a disfunctional AC. Shows how much they truly care about you.

We called Air Quality because our AC wasn’t blowing cold air. The scheduling process was fast and easy, they sent their team out right away. They took care of the problem same day and didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. I highly recommend their services.

The service from this company is the best we have ever experienced. We highly recommend them. Last year we had a gas leak that the gas company could not find. Air Quality and Heating installed our new HVAC system a few months before the gas leak was detected, so we called them for help. Their service staff discovered the gas leak in our attic from a nail that had pierced the gas line (improperly installed by the previous owner) - if it hadn't been for this team we not sure what would have happened.

Brian Daniell was very professional, he seemed to actually care about his job and my issue with no heat. Unlike the pervious technicians. He walked .e through what needed to be done and it worked

We have been customers of First Call for years, but his was our first service call by Jeff. We would be delighted to see him at our next service appointment. He was pleasant, considerate (wore booties in the house without being asked), clear, and efficient. Excellent!

The technician (? Robert) was great!! He was polite and personable, checked what needed to be checked, explained what needed to be explained, recommended and installed surge protectors which we thought would be good things to have. Everything went smoothly and we are very pleased.

Brian came to our house during the middle of a heat wave to assess our cooling system, which had quit functioning at a most inopportune time. He quickly determined the problem, explained the process for the repair, gave me several options of replacement parts and had us back in cool air in no time. He was very professional, competent and friendly. It couldn't have gone better.

The A/C died during a 100 degree day. Frank arrived the next morning with the right part on hand to fix it on the spot. Only took a few minutes and he showed me how to clean the coils and advised how fix the cracked insulated line and made sure the filter maintenance was happening as it should be. Glad to have quick relief during the heat wave and the unit should function better overall with the maintenance tips.

Adam was great. Very thorough. He explained the control panel error codes etc. We found the filters had clogged a bit. Then he made a few adjustments to tune for efficiency. Interesting stuff.

Adam Herd came to our rescue when our air conditioner quit during the heat wave last week. Adam was able to explain what had happened, and even showed us what we could do to avoid that problem in the future.

I especially appreciated that Brian took time to explain how my heat pump system worked and how to get the best out of it. He also was very transparent about what he was looking at and what he was finding, so I had no qualms about whether the repairs were actually needed. I would recommend them.
