Paid $120.00 for him to take door off the furnace. Total RIP OFF! Tech was very rude opened the door to my furnace and said yep this is very old you're probably going to need to replace it! Hadn't even looked at anything yet! I knew my furnace was throwing a code for a new switch. He preceded to unplug wires and put the tester on the ignitor switch but turned his meter so I couldn't see if the switch had power. Then said it's dirty and he wasn't going to clean it. He said that 3x. I got the picture. Now the safety mode won't come on the furnace is dead when at least the motor had power. Won't tell me how to put safety switch on.

Adam was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. We discussed the system as he did the check. Very pleasant to work with and will use them again when needed.

Caleb came to troubleshoot my heating system that was acting erratically. He inspected all the equipment and determined the source of the problem was the aging thermostat. He gave us thorough explanations of his analysis, then gave us an immediate estimate of the replacement cost. Upon our approval he completed the work in a timely fashion. The heater works great. The best part of Oregon Climate Tech is their high level service and competent technicians. We have no regrets choosing them for our HVAC needs.

Gas furnace ( 30 years old) went out. They came out within a few hours, determined that the whole furnace needed to be replaced and were able to do it the next day. Very professional. Loved them

This is the second time I've used them for electrician services. Both times they showed up the same day (this latest time 15 minutes early!) when others usually told me it would be a couple of weeks. The two techs diagnosed the problem in minutes and had my issue fixed in 15. After that we actually found something else that was broken and needed fixing and got that done, also within the hour service call. They were nice, explained to me what they were doing. If I needed electrician work again they are getting another call.

Excellent job done by Tristan Morris. We were having a problem with a CO2/smoke detector and he replace it in minutes at no charge. We highly recommend OCT for any of your HVac or other electrical problems. Very responsive and professional. Nice to know there are quality people out there to help!! Will be calling for sure when we need a/c maintenance in the summer!

This is one top-notch company!! My gas furnace died and I requested service the next morning (it was 24 degrees F outside). I got a call within an hour and a representative came to my house 1 hour later. He evaluated the situation and we scheduled a new furnace installation the next day! The installer arrived the next morning and I had heat by early afternoon. Their attention to details, communication, and service was impeccable. Heck, my thermostat didn't work and they installed a new one for free! I highly recommend this company! I will not hesitate to ask them for any HVAC needs in the future. (my need for an upstairs mini-split is in the works to replace my archaic window AC before summer and they are going to be my first call!)

We went on Angie's list last Saturday evening looking for a company to replace our very old heat pump . Within a few minutes we got a call from Jason. He was willing to come look at our old system on a Sunday afternoon, which we really appreciated since my husband and I both work full time during the week. He had an estimate for us that day and was able to come install the new system on Thursday of the same week! His team was very professional and courteous and got the job done by 5pm. We definitely recommend oregon climate tech!

Oregon Climate Tech was very professional in all areas in the installation of our new heat pump. I highly recommend them.
The two service technicians, Trevor and Casey notified us when they were on the way and arrived on time. They were able to work around issues with the removal of a 30 year old system and adapting what we had to the latest generation heat pump.
They went out of their way to explain the new thermostat and its various features and functions. Trevor trained me to perform a very thorough maintenance schedule.
Both Trevor and Casey were very careful of our property and outdoor plants. They cleaned and vacuumed the work area.
The job was completed in only one day.

Oregon Climate Tech, owner reached out to me on a Sunday to personally give me a quote for a Trane Heat pump. Jason quoted me on a two ton 15 Seer with variable fan speed and went over IRS Tax credits up to 2000 dollars. I pursued other quotes and Oregon climate came in thousands of dollars less than his competitors. Jason got me scheduled for an install yesterday and Caleb the technician was awesome, answered all my questions and professionally installed my unit along with a professional crew of electricians. Exceptional company, I like that this is a small local company with excellent 5 star reviews and they uphold the customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for HVAC installed systems.

Oregon Climate Tech installed a new heat pump system for us. They were quick to come out, completed the job when they said they would, final pricing was same as the quote, and came back and addressed some questions I had very quickly. They appear to be very responsive to their customers and I think they have done a great job so far!
