We needed maintenance done on our mini splits and they were able to come out within just a few business days. They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. Their work was very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves. Their prices were competitive. I appreciated their service very much.

I recently had two technicians, Travis and Isaac, come out for the annual check-up of our air conditioning and furnace, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything they were doing. They performed a thorough inspection and made sure everything was running smoothly. Hands down the best service I've ever had! Expert service coupled with excellent customer care. Adam not only fixed my air conditioning unit but also got my gas fireplace working again - all at a very reasonable price! I will be recommending them whenever I get the chance. We contacted Oregon Climate Tech after waiting for our other HVAC company to get a repair part for our old heat pump for six months. They came out, diagnosed the issue, and came up with a plan for a new heat pump system. Between the time that we agreed to move forward with the heatpump system our old HVAC company finally got the part in to repair our existing system. I called to cancel the new heat pump installation, and not only were they cool with us cancelling after signing the agreement, they did not charge us for the diagnosis. We will be returining to Oregon Climat Tech for our future HVAC service needs.

Jason and his entire crew at Oregon Climate Tech were absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, they went above and beyond—not just with the HVAC work, but with how they treated my home and my time. They even moved things out of my garage to do the install, then put everything back exactly where it was—and left the place cleaner than they found it. That kind of respect and care is rare.

Even when I had an issue with the thermostat (not their fault), they agreed recalibrate it or swap it out with zero hassle. No excuses, just solutions.

Everyone at Oregon Climate Tech exhibits competence and professionalism, and they are all friendly and pleasant to be around. We had a very large and complex installation that included replacing an old gas furnace and water heater that were in a pit under the house with a heat pump and new water heater, and insulating all of the existing ducts in the crawl space. They complete the project in two days and seemed happy to be doing the work even though they were the 2 hottest days of this summer. I recommend Oregon Climate Tech whole heartedly.
