Their tech Sean,is awesome, very knowledgeable, professional and explains issues and resolutions in understandable manner.
He is wonderful to work with.

The owner helped me to resolve an issue we had with our AC unit malfunctioning. I appreciated their honesty, and helping my family to stay warm this fall and winter. The employee who came out was efficient and friendly.

Installed a faulty AC unit in our mother in law suite and now won't call us back to replace it. Had another company come out and they tried fixing it but they stated the original company should be liable to replace it free of charge since no one can seem to figure out what is wrong with it.

Anderson Heating and Cooling never answers the phone and doesn't call us back. Please make this right!

I have had great service from this company until today. I had a guy out to service my furnace and air conditioner. He tried to over charge me but quickly fixed that. After he left I checked my security cameras and he hadn't done any of the services he said he did. I tried contacting the company but have gotten no response. I may contest at least some of the charges with my credit card. At least I'm only out $129 and I know to use another business in the future. Sucks because the people were really nice.

When my furnace up and died out of nowhere, I needed to make a decision fast! I soon realized that there were a bajillion choices for HVAC contractors. Luckily for me, Anderson Heating was recommended by a friend. I was able to speak directly to the owner and not be shuffled from person to person. He was very straightforward, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Heather and company, who installed my HVAC system, were just as knowledgeable, helpful and kind. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention pricing was great! I was very pleased with all the help that was given and all the work that was done and would definitely recommend Anderson to anyone needing HVAC help! 🙂

My furnace stopped working right as my out of town guests came into town! I found Anderson Heating & Cooling after a Horrific experience with a local Tigard Company! I texted at 6:30 am and assumed I was chatting with a BOT due to the hour & immediate replies……BUT it was the owner of the company! I ended up with a brand new Furnace & Air Conditioning Unit. It was not in my budget for the year, however, the service that everyone provided (installers, office manager & owner) are FIRST IN CLASS!! I had 3 quotes & Anderson’s was competitive. I chose based on the AWESOME service provided in my research phase. I have been provided with additional service since the October Install & am completely happy with all the follow up service.

Aire Serv came out to do a tune up on my furnace. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. I will call them again for my next maintenance check and again when it’s time for my annual tune up.

Great company! I had them come out and service my heating system just to make sure it was running well before the cold weather hits. These guys are great, very knowledgeable, professional, were on time and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future!

Called Paul Monday night, he had our AC unit up and running Tuesday morning by 8am. Quick, efficient and a great price.

Paul and his crew are great to work with, we have partnered with PS HVAC for many years on plumbing our Generac and Kohler Generators.

Paul came out to solve an hvac problem. He was honest, and calling him meant we had a solution for a fraction the cost of other folks. A/C working great.

Paul and his crew are great and very professional, much more reasonable than the commotion. They have plumbed our gas lines for our Generators, we have personally used him to replace our HVAC system.

Great experience with Paul and his crew. Talked to several gas companies for a generator install. PS came up with a plan that was superior at a competitive price. Paul took into account cost, level of destruction, and aesthetics of solution. Super honest, competent, considerate and neat. I highly recommend.

PS Heating and Cooling is an AMAZING COMPANY!
Honest and super knowledgeable. We has an issue with our old Gas pack that the Heater stopped working. Another company said it could not be fixed because there were no parts available any longer. (Well, Paul came out, looked at the unit and within 90 minutes had a new fan motor picked up and installed for $1300.00 vs the quote from the other company that we would have to spend 16+k to replace the unit. What a lesson in finding someone trustworthy. HIGHLY recommend PS Heating and Cooling. Wow

Oregon Climate Tech is an easy company to work with. They have always been very helpful. They installed my furnace and water heater two years ago. Yesterday they came to do a maintenance check on my air conditioner for the summer. I feel this is a company that you can trust.

These guys were *super* easy to work with. They answered all of my questions quickly and fully (and I asked a lot of questions). As far as I can tell, they did great, efficient work installing the heat pump and mini-splits. When I reached out about a few minor concerns after the main job, they responded immediately and positively. I recommend them highly!

Hired them to install a two head mini split. They did great! They gave me the best product on the market, installed it correctly, and was a fair price. Other companies tried to charge absurdly more, install it incorrectly to save on cost, or upsell me. Oregon Climate Tech is the place to go!

OTC were the best! Jason came out twice doing his best to fix my AC and kindly delivered the news that my system needed replacing. Trevor and his team scheduled me in the next day during a heat wave cuz we had a 3 week old baby in the house. Tristen came out right away to finish up the electric. Couldn’t have had a better experience with a bummer of a situation
