lennox gas furnace and acwe had a new gas furnace and AC installed Steve was very prompt in getting information to us and was the lowest price of the 4 bids we recived the installers arrived exatly on time and had the work completed inless than 1 day as promisedplus adjusuing our filter slot for easier filter replacement at no extra charge even after the job was completed and paid fo when I had a question about the new furnace Steve took time to answer aquestion I had helping me to understand the furnace operation better very pleased with the entire process from initial contact through installation and follow up question Exteremely satisfied, happy to reccomend Anderson

I have used Anderson Heating and Cooling on a few different occasions both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Steve and Jeremy are both professional, knowledgeable and experienced.

Steve was early and provided solid recommendations.
Installers were very responsive, solid communicators, clean and thorough. Very definitely recommend.

Online has a whole pages about water heater maintenance and repair but when I called for an appointment (number is on the site), the person who answered said they don't do maintenance on water heaters. Please update your website, so folks in need aren't wasting their time.

I purchased a groupon from this company as a gift for one of my real estate clients. I contacted their office to request an email showing the appointment time and was shocked at how combative and unwilling to assist in any way this company was with this request. They refused to send an email with this information or to provide any level of service that is expected from a professional business. Buyer beware!!!

This was for my Rental House, so I really appreciated the Quick Response.

Unfortunately, it was a Friday.
So, we had to wait until Monday for Removal & Replacement of our Furnace, but it happened to be In Sale for $2,500!

Kevin was simply awesome and very friendly, very informative about the furnace and AC unit. I felt like he actually wanted to make sure we were in a very good position versus just coming to do a service job.

We got our AC installed a couple years ago. We had an issue with it but they came out and and looked at it (though we were charged). When that did not fix the problem, they came out again and replaced a faulty coil (a little bit of a headache, but they did not charge for it).

My A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year. When I called in I was told by the scheduler that the tech would not be able to make it out for a few days. About a half hour later I was called back and told he would be right over because he was in the neighborhood. The tech repaired my a/c and I now have cool air flowing through my home. Great customer service from everyone!

Cannot speak more highly of this company and their customer service.

Had an issue with my furnace and the representative called me and scheduled someone to come out to me immediately. Steve, Heather and Kevin were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were all friendly, easy going and answered all of my questions informatively. They were very quick to fix the issue as well.

If there any more issues in the future I'll be sure to call them first and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Anderson Heating and cooling performed some repairs on our Furnace (Gas) few months back, my electricity bill trippled from the time they "fixed" the Furnace, took me a few months to catch that (auto pay) and with the help of PGE was able to narrow it down to the furnace as usage started going the same hour the day work was done. Have been trying to get a hold of Steve to talk about this issue, but no response to multiple phone calls or emails. It is a shame that they do not stand behind their work, if you need someone to fix your furnace, please look else where as there is no accountability from Anderson heating for the job they do.

I just had Steve and Heather install central A/C yesterday in my townhome ~ came home to find a very professional job completed! The service I have received has been top notch and his pricing was very reasonable. I had several quotes before I decided to go with Steve. They were much higher, having nickel & dimed me for everything they could think of. In addition, Steve has been open and honest in his communication, which I greatly appreciate. I never felt like he was trying to "sell me" ~ Just provided clear and concise answers to my questions so that I could make an informed decision. Heather was also professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable in her field as well. They make a great team and I felt confident from the very start, that I made a wise choice with them. Being in the residential mortgage industry, I will keep them on my list of business professionals to refer to my clients for all of their HVAC needs. Thank You Steve & Heather! :)

I recently purchased a home and was noticing a significant difference in temperature between the upstairs and the downstairs. A technician came out and did a ton of education for me and climbed into the attic to verify that everything was set up appropriately. It was recommended I get a new thermostat, which I have. The experience was painless and educational.

Def recommend 100% !!! very nice and respectful even tho they couldn't help me and was honest about it and didn't try to rip me off ...offered the help in the future if it was needed and their diagnostic charge is fair in comparison with the trip charge I need to pay for the other guys who can service my furnace:(
Will Def try using them in the future especially if and when we need a new furnace (and no we aren't related...even tho I made the family discount joke..they laughed)

Truthfully the one business I have dealt with that treats me like a human that they care about. Not a $sign. If you need AC service anywhere in portland metro, I would highly recommend Anderson .

Had furnace and air conditioner installed be Anderson in 2017. Furnace quit working during snow/ice. Made an appointment and they arrived right on time. Identified the issue right away and got the furnace up and running fast. Great company to use for any HVAC needs, installation or service.

After weeks of bids, research on products and weighing over finances I DID A THING! I got a new furnace and CENTRAL AIR! Your not going to find a better bid, better finance options and in my opinion better people to do your heating and cooling! Steve was so thorough and thoughtful and patient. I went through a lot in life to get to a place where I can BUY LUXURY items outright for myself and thanks to ANDERSONS I was able to upgrade my home and my life on my budget!
