Prompt and excellent service! They came out to repair our AC during a heat wave within just a few days when other companies were scheduled out for close to two weeks.

We had air conditioning added to our 1970s split level ranch house in June. Right after we signed the contract we were due for a sudden heat wave with temperatures in the 100s. Although Tri County was very busy, Chris Rickles moved heaven and earth to get our system installed the day before the heat wave. The crew did a great job but there were a couple of cosmetic issues to the house that had to be corrected afterward. Chris was very responsive to our needs and sent out Michael Samuel to make it right. Michael exceeded our expectations and did a first-rate job! We could not have been more pleased with the result and, in general, with Tri-County's service. This has been our best experience with any contractor to date. Thanks so much guys!

I recently discovered a problem with a furnace that was installed several years before I bought the house. I saw that Tri-County had done the install and decided to call to see what my options were. Even though I had not been the person that initially hired them, they happily sent someone out to make it right at no cost to me! I was very impressed by their professionalism and commitment to quality, and highly recommend them.

Tri County added air conditioning years ago to my system. They did an excellent job at a surprisingly low price. Since then, they have corrected issues with my HVAC system and always are very honest and cost effective, fast and efficient and low cost. It's obvious they know what they are doing. I won't use anyone else.

Kurt and Merle installed my new air conditioning system. They were extremely nice and professional. My furnace is in the attic and comes with loose insulation to complicate keeping things tidy. They left everything clean. They played with my black lab and kept him happy, too! I highly recommend them and Tri County Temp Control, as well.

Jason was so patient working through all my questions, and I put him through the ringer for sure...I wanted to know everything possible about my install from unit specs to financing to incentives. Daniel Stevens and Nathan McCord are great!!! They installed the units (electric AC and gas furnace). Swept up after themselves, wore booties in my house, helped me program the thermostat, cleaned up the fingerprints on the equipment...explained all the equipment. Very satisfied and don't feel like I've been taken advantage of like I have in the past with other contractors!

All around fabulous experience with Tri County Temp Control. Jason was an attentive and helpful guide in helping us figure out our cooling needs. Jeff and Bill were our installation team and they provided top notch service, both technically and personally--they were friendly, communicative, punctual, and helpful in providing information about our new systems. I absolutely recommend this business and appreciate how much the company values customer service.
