We have worked with Chase for the last several years. They are always responsive, professional and honest. Recently had a new furnace installed. They went above and beyond to make sure it was a good experience. Our new furnace and thermostat s work great.

Brett introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. He listened to my concerns regarding a freezing line and made suggestions on how to fix. After his examination, he proceeded to show me what he had done and explained the process. I would recommend Chase any day. Great service and good prices.

I have had Chase service my HVAC for about 6 years now. They are very thorough. When my air conditioner and furnace had problems (at different times), owner Paul offered polite, low pressure options for repair or replacement. They even walked me through getting a discount through the Energy Trust of Oregon. They completed replacements quickly and my units run smoothly and efficiently. My only issue is that the new thermostat is not as flexible as my old one.

From the initial meet and greet and Sales presentation by Paul, the complete and detailed proposal for work, the scheduling and awesome team members that performed our full system replacement and Heat Pump system upgrade, and communication across the entire timeframe… Chase Heating and Cooling knocked it out of the park.

I’m a specialty contractor by trade, and HVAC systems are not my discipline… I leave that to the experts. I’ve met many HVAC trades in my near 25 years in the greater Portland area as a specialty contractor. I had several HVAC trades out to my house to contemplate replacing our aging system with a full upgrade to a variable heat pump system.

Paul was the only estimator who spent time talking about options, and explain explaining in detail how the entire system goes together, And provided a portfolio of their before and after work as a company. Our installation was a bit challenging due to the height constraints of the existing system location, and Paul was the only one that came up with creative solutions to develop a successful plan. Based on the transparency of his information and proposal, we chose Chase to tackle our system.

Their crew came out and were exceptionally polite, thorough and meticulous about their quality of work and explanation of their tasks for each day. They even called me up ant one point to ask if they could borrow my wheelbarrow to move out pieces of concrete from our old AC unit pedestal, instead of just grabbing and using it. They were professional in the execution of their job, and attitudes throughout the project. I would hire them for my company. ;)

So, I’ll be recommending Chase to my clients, and friends. There are a lot of HVAC trade contractors out there, and Chase heating and cooling sits among the best.

I've always bee pleased with Chase's communication and professionalism. I had them replace components in my ductless system. They did a great job and were within my budget. Today I had them come and clean and inspect per the system warranty. Again, great communication, prompt and courteous. I'll be continuing to use them in the future.

Brett serviced our indoor/outdoor HVAC system & a really thorough job and showed me everything after he was finished to show me that all was working correctly. On top of that he is so friendly and very trustworthy. Highly, highly recommend!

Appreciated everything about this company. On 90+ degree day when your AC stops working, it’s no fun. Chase was able to get somebody assigned to our home the same day. The staff kept good updates through text that they would still be able to make it out to our home . Even though it was 5, Brett did make it out as promised.
And his level of service was exceptional. He systematically diagnosed the issue and tracked it to a blown capacitor in the compressor along with bad communication through the Neat thermostat. Brett gave good tips on how to ensure good operation of the system. He did not oversell on anything and tried to minimize expenses. Good thing is he had the capacitor on hand. I just had to get a replacement thermostat which I did afterwards.

Overall very impressed and thankful for their prompt and honest same day service and get us back the AC! Highly recommend.

Working with Chase Heating & Cooling was great! Paul (the owner) was informative and knowledgeable and Steve (the technician working with him) was efficient, accurate and personable. Together they installed a replacement mini split system in our home. Paul was sensitive to our esthetic requests for the unit placement and left the house as neat and clean as it was when then arrived. From our original walk through with Paul to receiving the final invoice, he executed everything he committed to without any delays or surprises. We recommend them very highly and will completely trust them with all our future heating and cooling needs.

I had a very positive experience. Chase Heating & Cooling installled a new heat pump and new backup furnace, replacing my aging gas furnace and giving our 112-year-old house air conditioning for the first time in its life. The scheduling was prompt and clearly communicated, the installation team was prompt, professional, and very courteous. I am a well-satisfied customer, enjoying air conditioning in the heat of July, and I will recommend this local company to my friends and family, and anyone else who asks.

We have used Chase on multiple occasions, for repairs and for installing a new heat pump. Paul and Jennifer were so patient in answering all of our questions. We are so happy that we went with Chase for our new unit - competitive prices and professionalism were exceptional.

(Update: Bryan came out again and did a great job on maintenance! Answered my questions, even on things like the dryer that was only peripherally connected to the furnace inspection. Still very happy with all service I've received!)

(Update: I've since hired them again, for HVAC installation, and they did great! Came out, got the whole thing installed in one day, Bryan and Samuel and Paul were very friendly and explained anything I had questions about, and now we finally blessedly have internal airconditioning! I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan at the same time because they've earned my trust at maintaining the filtration systems in the house)

They were awesome! Brett came out and solved our problem real simple, gave us recommendations for keeping on top of it and threw in a free check of basic heater operations so I could be knowledgeable about the state of the filter, pipes etc. The scheduler also accommodated our urgency, keeping an eye on their availability in case they could get someone out same-day since we were worried about going another night in the coldest time of the year. Thank you all!

Technician arrived as scheduled, performed the service and explained prior & after what he would do. Photos & explanations easily understood. They done good.

Very nice technician, knew what he was doing, but the only downside is this was just a routine maintenance, and what Chase Heating charges was higher than it should have been (by at least $100.00)

Recently Chase Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace, air purifier and AC unit in my newly purchased Lake Oswego home. I had gotten two competitive bids and chose Chase to do the work - initially I met with Mario who spent an impressive 2.5 hours carefully explaining different options to me. The installation team, Paul and Brian, were professional, competent and efficient in completing the work. And I need to mention Jennifer in their office, who kept me informed every step of the way regarding scheduling, the installation process, and payment options. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and very glad that I chose Chase Heating & Cooling to upgrade my home!

Chase heating responded right away to my problem. Set up a scheduled date to repair it solve the problem in a timely manner. They did a great job.

Recently experienced problems with our air conditioning system during the recent heat wave we had in mid-August, causing our house to become overheated and uncomfortable. When I called Chase and explained to them the problem and informed them that I was especially concerned about my 95 year old father who I was caring for at the house, they were very accommodating and squeezed us into their very schedule, scheduling us first thing the next morning. Our technician was Brett, who arrived on time and was very friendly and happy to answer our the questions and kept us informed throughout the visit. As it turned out, we had an old capacitor that gave out, which was replaced during the visit. Am grateful to Chase for making that extra effort to rearrange their schedule in order to come out to fix our cooling system during a heat wave (and possibly avert a medical issue with my dad). We've been using Chase for a few years now, and have always found the staff that come out to the house to be very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Chase replaced my heating system that was not working and is an excellent job. Paul and his crew were efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They had the old leaking system out and the new super efficient system installed in about a half day. These guys are the best, I would not look elsewhere for any heating and cooling needs.
